I will be in Bonaire May 2005. I plan to bring a scooter 43cc weighs 65 pounds. I will be travelling with the scooter as a 2nd luggage.

1) What duties or tarrifs do I pay at the airport?
2) Taxes and how much?
3) Do I need to obtain license plate and if so how much?
4) Do I need insurance for scooter and if so how much?
5) Do I need riding license to ride a scooter?
6) How cheap can I get a studio apartment for
1-year lease?
7) If I decide to bring a regular bicycle $59 value do I need to pay any of the above fees?
