We have about decided to rent Crown Court Villas for our visit in July. We want to put our daughter in the Aqua Kids program. I am looking at the one at the Plaza. How much of a hassel is it to drive over there every morning? Is there a better or closer Aqua Kids program to Sabadeco? Are there resturants near by? Are we going to fill stranded or isolated in this residential neighborhood? I also saw a mention on this board about #14 Villa at Captain Don's what is it like?

Michelle, we have never stayed in that neighborhood,,but always drive through on our trips hoping to find land or a home for the future,,,dream dream dream....your drive is about 5 minutes to Plaza...everything is pretty close on Bonaire, unless you are going to Lac bay and that is only about 15 minutes. It will be quiet at the courts, but there is a nice dock down near the tennis courts to dive or snorkle from. No matter where you stay on Bonaire you are in the water 80% of the time (at least we are!) so the island is open to wherever you want to go! enjoy

Aqua Kids at Plaza is a nice program. My daughter has done it for a week during her school vacation. We supplied our own mask, snorkel and fins although I think they also had some there. The kids got to try SASSY units which are the surface scuba units for kids.

I would place the travel time between Crown Court and Plaza at 10 minutes not 5. I live in the older residential part of Hato so I'm a little closer to town than Crown Court. The closest restaurants are going to be at the northern resorts starting with RumRunners at Habitat. However the majority of restaurants are all between you and Plaza so they are all close.

Michelle,

My daughter and her friend (both 10 yrs old) were in the Sea and discover snorkel class with Carin last week. It is wonderful. Check out her website at www.seandiscover.com

The kids loved her and the class. I highly recommend it!

Kay

Hi Barbara, I was going to e-mail you the info, but have lost your address, sorry about that.

I have made a recent enquiry re: TV and Microwave, though, if I remember rightly, the property does have them. Still, I've enquired again to be sure. Will post as soon as I find out.

ps: we couldn't go without them either!!
