It's a three bedroom two bath house. I am about to rent it. It's on the Sun Rental web site at http://www.sunrentals.an/houses/showhouses.php?grpid=5 scroll down to "Casa Cia". Thanks for any input.

EEG 20 (Casa Cia) and the house shown above are two different homes. Which are you renting Ron?

For what is worth, you should contact Bonaire Partners and look at EEG 50, very nice and secure..with a sandy beach and a nice reef right off the back yard.

For better or worse I have just rented this place for the month of May. Our group of several couples are coming and going during this period. I am expecting a place to sleep and clean up between dives. The chance to dive a Bonaire reef from the back porch of a rental house is priceless. I'll post a trip report in June.

Have a great time, Ron. You and your group should make out just fine. One month....you lucky dog! We will be there for two weeks.

You are traveling a long distance and I know you will treasure the reef in your back yard! Can't wait to hear all about it when you return in June. Ayo. Carole

We stayed at Casa Cia for a week last year. Simple, 1950s style bungalow which is not above average in any way. Nevertheless a great snorkel and dive are just a few feet away. Beds were good and the A/C more than sufficient. We felt the kitchen left a lot to be desired in the way of truly usable utensils. Sunsets are magnificent and you have a great view of incoming aircraft. The KLM jumbo that departs in the middle of the night might rattle your cage though. All with all good value for the money (especially when sharing with two or three couples). In any case, we're renting elsewhere this year.

We plan on renting Casa del Sol in Belnem through Bonaire partners. Has anyone rented through this operation before? Can you recommend this company?

We understand that there is a staircase leading down to the beach behind the house. Is this an easy entry (some stairs are steep with no handrail)?

Karl, You'll love Casa del Sol. Have stayed there several times. It's lovely throughout. The stair to the water are pitched just like those in your home, and there are rail on both side--very easy access to a SANDY beach. What's more, very easy assess to diving right off the beach there--all nice sand, so easy to carry your gear.

Bert at Bonaire Partners is the best. He is always right on top of things. If you need something he is there, and you can be sure the he will see to it that the place is nice upon your arrival. What's more, he only lives right down the street from Casa del Sol.

So, enjoy your trip and don't worry about a thing. You are in good hands with Bonaire Partners and you will love Casa del Sol.
