First time coming to Bonaire!! Can't wait!!!

This is probably my first of many questions since this looks to be a great site!!!

I'm trying to figure out what the units at the Eden Beach Resort are like.

I see on their web-site they have 1 bedroom units with NO mention of studio units. Yet, I read about people staying in their studio units (with no mention of 1 bedroom). I'm confused.

So, my question is, do they really have 1 bedroom units, or, are they Studios (which implies to me NO bedroom, just a big room). Also, I read where someone said they stayed in their Studio and had a pull out sofa bed!!!

I want to stay there but I would like a one bedroom place and not worry about getting there and having to sleep on a pull out sleeper sofa!!

Thanks!!!

Adele, First of all, welcome to the boards.

I have stayed at Eden Beach several times always in a studio a.k.a. 1 bedroom.

They were essentially long rooms with a sleeping area which was separated from the kitchen/dining areas by a partial wall which housed shelves and a good sized closet. There was also a "breakfast bar" which separated the dining and kitchen areas.

There were two beds (single) in the apartments I stayed in, along with a couch although if you are a couple or by yourself you might arrange to have a larger bed.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Tom, that helps a lot (and explains why they may call it a 1 bedroom when it's really a studio).

Thanks again.

H Adele...got your email...Tom's description is right...Julio will arrange for whichever size bed you want. When we sent the teens down by themselves we had it set up with twins....for Eva and I....a double/queen....it's metric I think.

It's really kind of cool the way the closet/shelf divider separates out the room. We find it perfect and when we come home our house is too big with too much stuff. :-)
