Can anybody give me info on plaza resort there shore diving toucan diving ...and are they as accessible for the handicapped like the divi resort???

David welcome to Bonaire Talk, a bit of a general question there. The Plaza is very nice but spread out. A handicapped diver could get in at the Tipsy Seagull dock, it has stairs into the water and pavement to the stairs. We were at Plaza for a week in mid July and really enjoyed our stay. We did several shore dives at reef off beach, and each was fabulous.
The dive staff at Toucan was very helpful and we had great service all week. Would stay there again when returning to Bonaire. You might consider boat dives for some sites to assist handicapped diver.

While we ate at Buddy's Dive we watched one handicapped diver exit the dive boat in to a wheel chair with no difficulty on the dock.
