Has anyone stayed at Eden Beach?

Jill, do a keyword search at the bottom of this page, and look in "Trip Reports" and "Accommodations" and you will get a lot of information. There are a few board regulars that stay there as well that my input for you.

Jill, I haven't seen the rooms, but have spent quite a bit of time there the past week. The bar is great, the food is great, and the Wanna Dive operation is top notch. Bob at Wanna Dive is such a nice guy and a big help... I would recommend them one hundred percent. The beach is one of the nicest ones around.

Jill, First of all welcome to Bonaire Talk.

I have stayed at Eden Beach for a few years. The location is great, apartments are kept clean, the owners are on site and are very attentive to their "home", the cleaning staff are very honest and sweet (breath Tom).

Regarding Bongo's Beach Bar/Resturant, Henk has put together a fine staff, the food is good, and the melon fruit shakes are absolutely delicious. Others will have to sing the praises of Bongo's alcoholic beverages.

The dive shop, well, I discovered Eden and Bongo's because I followed the owners of WannaDive when they left the employment of another fine resort on the island and started their own dive-op. Their dive staff is a group of fun loving professionals.

The prices at all three businesses located at Eden Beach are competitive.

In summary, I would not recommend this place to anyone;-{)}

the eden beach resort, a nice place to stay, with one of the best sandy bar in the island,nice rooms,a lot of mosquitoes,medium parking lot, swimming pool (small) the entrance is dirty road,is quiet, and a lot of fun......bluefish
