Leaving soon for Sanddollar for a week. Don't see anything listed regarding washers/dryers. I assume the individual apartments do not have them, but does the resort? Need to know how many clothing items to bring.

We stayed at Sand Dollar last September and are returning in July. You are correct, the apartments do not have washers/dryers and I don't think there is a guest laundry on the premises. I do remember seeing places where you can do laundry.

However, unless you like to be really dressed up most of the time, you probably won't need many clothes. Life on Bonaire is very casual and, for just a week, a few pairs of short and T-shirts should do it. If you're a diver, you'll probably be in your swim suit/wet suit most of the time.

Even for two weeks in Bonaire you need very little clothes. You are living in bathing suit and dive gear. Bonaire is not a very formal island. You do not need to pack a lot. We own a two bedroom at Sand Dollar and there is no laundry facility on site, but you really don't need to worry about it. Pack light. Have a great trip and let us know if we can answer any other questions for you.

Another idea, is to bring along a little Woolite and you could wash a few things in the sink that may get too crusty or stinky otherwise. Clothes will dry fast out on the balcony.

The landromat is located near the Stadium in downtown. They have self-service as well as pay by weight drop off service.
