Can someone describe where in the resort this unit (#712) is located? Is it on the first or second floor?

Is there anywhere that I can find a map of the resort? I have looked, but can't seem to turn one up.

# 712 is on the first floor, facing the water. It is the second from the left when your back is to the water. The timeshares are laid out in an L-shape with 701-710 and 721-730 at right angles to the water and the others parallel to the water.

Divi is laid out with the hotel style rooms to the south, with the front desk, the ChibiChibi restaurant and the Calabas Buffet in the center, and the studio/timeshares to the north. Both the hotel and the timeshares have their own pools. Kralendijk is just a short walk north from the timeshares. Last year the only dive pier open was in front of the timeshares, with tanks stacked up for use for shore diving on the pier. Do some keyword searches for posting of pictures of the Divi grounds and waterfront.

Hi, Cat! Speaking of cats.....here is a two-fold pic for you to see....there is a kitty up the palm tree after just being chased by a dog....they were both interested in the same chow we had put outside and the dog, obviously, won the chow. But...if you look in the background and see the glass with the reflection of my camera flash...this is unit 712 at the Divi. It is the one with the two white dots you can see in the picture. I hope this helps! The pool is directly to the right of the kitty in the tree! Ayo. CArolekitty in tree

Well, the two white dots from my flash are not that visible now that I resized the pic....let me play with it some more. The unit 712 is just behind the tree on the left side of the bark...does this make sense?? Actually, it is right between the tree in the foreground and the tree in the background. HOw's that for pinpointing the room?

OK...I've lightened it up a little so you can see what it there a little better. Carolekitty

Linnea, once again, thank you for your help. As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Loved the kitty with the glowing eyes, too!

Many thanks again for your kind help.

Carole,

Which dog ran the cat up the tree? Was it Toby (looks like a black and tan hound)? Lutie was going to adopt him

Gregg, I think he was one of the three! LOL. Poor little kitty was having so much fun in peace when we turned our back to enjoy the sunset (in front of unit 701) and "wham".....screach....up the tree she went. There was Carole (me) with camera in hand....of course. Poor little thing. We shoo'd the dogs away and she came down but did not finish the chow. The dogs made certain of that.

Toby was a "regular" in the afternoons....we just failed our little furry friend, the kitty, that afternoon. She'll be back. We actually got her to come inside for a minute or two, but she definitely was NOT comfortable with that....left very quickly after scarfing down some chow.

I know everyone at the Divi knows this little kitty...she is a survivor and everyone tends to leave her chow and scraps from breakfast and dinners, too. We bought her some real cat food, too...she liked that a lot. We will see her again in a couple of weeks. Meow! Carole
