Hi - We're not having luck getting into the villas we want on short notice and have a few choices with availability. Any comments on the properties listed above?

How close are they to the ocean?
Do any have any beach so to speak?
What is the ambiance of them like? (Low-end, mid-range, nice, sparse, etc.)

Many thanks in advance. I'm leaning to Macabi bc it seems less compound-y than Sunset Ocean Villa, but am very interested in hearing your comments!!!
