Another one we are looking at staying--anyone stayed there? Good place for divers as far as convenience goes? Thanks so much for any input....theres not much on the search feature.

We stay there for three weeks every year and will be leaving for there in less than two weeks. We enjoy staying at the Bel Air as it is right on the water. There is no on site dive shop but there is good diving right off the dock there. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions.

We stayed at Frank's Place for 5 weeks last year. The positives: nice location, good diving out in front (we did 8 or 9 dives out in front of the apartments), fairly quiet area. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms, a dishwasher, and a TV. I think Frank remodeled the kitchen after we were there. The negatives: lots of ants, a few BIG cockroaches, no microwave, no washer (I think all the other units at the BelAir have microwaves and washing machines). We will be back in Bonaire at the end of this month, but will be staying somewhere else this time since Frank's was only available for about a week during the 6 1/2 weeks we'll be there.
