What format TVs are down there? Any multi system TVs in Lagoen Hill? I was wondering as my laptop can play DVDs and output to TV, but I am pretty sure it puts out NTSC only.

Most are NTSC. Although the dive/photo shops have Pal for making dive videos for the European crowd.
You would need to check with Lagoen Hill for video-in connectors on the TV.

The unit I looked at at laogen hill had yellow RCA video input, but that is no guarantee that they all do.

It depends where the TV was purchased and how old it is. Not all appliances are purchased on the island. The output connection is not the only thing you have to deal with. Check if there is a transformer between the outlet and TV - the electric is 50 cycle, not 60 cycle. Meaning appliances that have a clock, timer, or rotating parts are not in sync. There are also surges of power that will burn up battery chargers (don't charge or plug your portable DVD player directly into an outlet).
