My wife and I are going to Bonaire in mid-November. We are trying to decide on lodging and have pretty much decided on Eden Beach. Since our first and only trip to Bonaire was in June of 2001 at Harbour Village (we liked the beach and shore diving opportunities there), we though Eden Beach would be a nice, less expensive alternative; while still providing us access to "Something Special" and a beach. However, the last time I was there, Eden Beach was run down and boarded up. Have they fixed it up and is it a worthwhile place to stay? Thanks in advance.

we are also staying at Eden in October. From my understanding, its the property next door that is boarded up. All the stuff I have seen on this board has been positive about Eden Beach!

We stayed at Eden Beach this spring. It is very nice, the management is extremely helpful. AC in every room; not just bedroom.
Wanna Dive at Eden is fair. Bon Bini Dive up the road is much better. And the shore diving is better there.
The beach at Eden is not the greatest for diving.
Why not stay at Carib Inn? It is cheaper and Bruce and his staff are wonderful. We have stayed there several times and recommend it highly.
