And after fiddling with the title I wanted and kept getting refused, I am indeed glad it is Friday.

I posted that, after being refused the subject title in red, purple, and all colours, and not double, and not.... and not..... [I could do with the wine NOW :-)]

When in doubt, do what feels the nicest, Jenni. Today is International Mother Language Day. My mother's language was always pretty mild. Maybe that's not what they had in mind. I wonder how many different mother languages are represented on BT? Do we count American as different from English?

Seem to be getting pretty regular wave action this morning--thought it was just a boat wake the first time.

So I guess Fanny is not a popular name over there (actually not that common anymore over here, either). And of course you use all those extra bits of storage with "u"s thrown in here and there.

Rusty I agree, I thought that a bum bag was what you got after an intestinal operation, a lift was something short people put in their shoes, a bonnet is what your plow mule wears and the boot is what you get when you don't do your job.

This seems to be a day for disaster news. Night Club fire last night in Rhode Island has killed at least 60, and the toll is rising.

Cyber Seven, I've decide to just post the Lastest Island distruction news on the KRALENDIJK DISTROYED rather than the 'thief thread' so more people can access it. It is along way down there.

bill, be carefull while you are aboot today he he...reminds me of the movie "strange brew." My brother lives in minnesotta, and my niece developed quite the fargo accent within about 3 months! oh, and my stepson and his best friend go "fishing in canada" in the middle of the culdesac...they throw a bunch of clothes in the street and then fish them out (well, i don't let my stepson use his clothes)...anyway, they watched a show on espn called "fishing in canada" and were just thrilled with the accent!

Well, seb, over here, only a woman can have a fanny [and I am blushing as I type it]

Yes Jenni, Brit pals have been convulsed with laughter before concerning this lingo.
