Good Morning Igor! Welcome back, I know what it is like to be busy and not check. Most of the action happens during the day when I am working and then I am usually late for the evening. But you are coming back to a brand new and improved BT! Anyway, I'm off to work, have a great day everyone!

igloo Sally - that's a big 10-4 to Indianapolis. It's snowy here in Massachusetts - had a couple light fluffy inches overnight and we're looking at -7F overnight. Waah. I haven't been out of the house in weeks. I am such a wimp in the winter.

We had a nice dusting in NYC as well, Rusty.
I have had about enough of winter myself. Going home late Saturday night the NYCFD Thaw unit was out on west 52nd st.,in a little box truck, keeping the mains open. Firemen have had to empty the water out of the pumpers at a lot of the city firehouses becausse they have no heat.
Of course the theater was hot as blazes last night.

seb The NYCFD are jacks of all trades, putting out fires and warming the pipes!

nyc

I loved visiting NYC when I was a kid - with Dadz working on the railroad we had free passes to everywhere in the Northeast. We'd chug down to Chinatown for lunch and occasionally visit the AMNH and be home in the evening. Ah, the good old days.

Good Morning Everyone... wow, so this is the Community Chat area. I always lurk/post on the webcams thread and don't normally venture over this way. Anyway, take a look at the attached diving related news story from the Des Moines Register. It will make you think twice about ice diving.

Jenni,

Every time you post now, the discussion board compares your current level with what's needed to achieve the level of rank, and if you qualify, it bumps up your ranking for your next post. So, in one thread you've gone from New BonaireTalker to Experienced in just 4 posts :-)

(Even though you should have been listed as Experienced to start with though - strange quirk, but it works itself out in time.)

Jake

freddie Uh, it does detract from the beauty (??) of the artistic presentation. :-)

Freddie, gifs with white as their background color posted in a white message box would look as if they were transparent. I have no way of checking this from the gif thumbnails in PSP until I post, though.

Freddie, I agree. The presentation doesn't look right on the grey. I think the gifs have to be saved with a transparent background to post them on the grey. With the thousands we collected already that would be impossible to change them all.Annie B. anything
