Good morning everyone, I have just taken my mum in law to do a big Christmas food shop. We went really early to beat the rush and surprise, surprise it actually worked!. I still need a few bits and some fresh veg but the worst is over. I'll do the Christmas tree this afternoon and then give myself the day off tomorrow.It's really foggy today along the river Humber and the roads are really busy. Not a good combination.
Nice to hear everyones house selling news. We are selling mum and dad in laws house so fingers crossed. All I want for Christmas is a desperate family in need of a house!

Good Morning Julia! Good Morning Everyone! Nice not having to work on a Saturday and being able to sleep in! I am going to do as little as possible today, aside from a hair cut and a tiny grocery shop.

He's Back again!

Bet if felt so nice to sleep in a little bit, Eileen. Six days a week is too long - not enough free time. I did that for years in radio - most every DJ works a weekend shift, too. It was tough trying to squeeze laundry and shopping and relaxing into one day. You made it!



We're on for housecleaning/organizing today. BoxerBob has to set up all his computers and paraphenalia in the den - which means all my encyclopedias and guidebooks and reference stuff have to move out. Oh well, what's another five boxes of books in the living room? LOL

Morning Rusty! I am doing the cleaning tomorrow. Definately a relaxing drinking coffee with Baileys day today. I hope it snows a little today too.

Time to do my grocery shop. I have my boxing gloves ready for the crowds!

Well hey ho I did it again folks. Upset the computer again. I upgraded outlook express and it messed everything up. Every time I asked the puter to do something it chucked me off line, then wouldn't let me back on.
Trev had to come to the rescue and try and delete the upgrade. He had awful trouble with it, but I think he finally done it now.

I did my big grocery shop this morning, and thank goodness I got 10% discount as my son works for the store, and with my vouchers I saved all year I got £80 off the bill. Only got to get the fresh fruit and salad stuff now. Geeeeeze I'm glad that's all done. Now I can relax a bit.
