Marc & Kitty What marvellous news! I'm not jealous. ... and pigs CAN fly!

Sally - 10 pounds. eh? Have to hide that news around here!!

As for the rest of you - The BillBot is going to have to start a wellness clinic, oh I don't know where! Trouble is, once you all landed in BON you'd be instantly better! Funny about that. Jenni - PBD driven illnesses here?

Gotta clean up to go to a meeting. Been trying to change a bathroom sink all morning. Two trips back to the supply store already.... a real fiddle!! And when I finally make the move on the drain it is ABS pipe. Get it RIGHT, glue, and as the guy in the store says, "You've got 15 seconds." He did wish me good luck!

Oh well at least it isn't electricity!

Cheers,

Bill

Bill:

Gosh, all that talent and plumbing skills, too! Will you marry me?! Heh heh heh.

About the weight loss: NOT my choice! But, when your gall bladder is packed FULL of ROCKS (not stones the doctor said), anything's better than that! Oh, the pain!

Hi Bill...
How are u typing with a piece of pipe glued 2 your fingers? :) Succes! :)

Sally,
don't tell the entire story. Just say u discovered a new type of diet. Write a book about it. Get rich & go 2 Bonaire all the time! :)

I wonder how Martine is doing.
The eclipse was yesterday, wasn't it? The lucky girl: sailing around part of Africa 2 see an eclipse... I'm NOT jealous!
Also wondering if she did the "meet the great whites up close"-thing...

Depends on how close up... If it was too close, we may never find out!

Sally, what you need is a nice, long, quiet, warm vacation on a little Carribean island I know, to strengthen up... :)

Sally, if u get your doctor 2 prescribe it: I think a contact from over the ocean joining u on Bonaire would help the recovery. Of course I would be willing 2 come over. Just 2 help... :)

sink Hey Mr. Bill, did you say NAUGHTY words fixing the sink? It's Santa's LIST DAY and he's keeping track of who's naughty and who's nice, ya know!

plumbing Is ABS pipe the same as our Polyvinylchloride PVC pipe? Takes two compounds to cement it together and the good thing about working with it is the buzz? (The bad thing is the major loss of brain cells. Now you know what happened to MOI! I did a lot of plumbing when I ran the aquarium. I lost 10 points off my IQ building a salmon exhibit.)

Igor - that Great White animation is scary. I've read four deep diving books this past couple of weeks. One was called MEG for a Megalodon in the Mariana Trench. It was a female over 100 feet long beating the heck out of a one man sub. Ooooooh!

The next one was adventure/time travel - and all the action centered on a sub called Deep Fathom (the book's title) and a total eclipse which triggered cataclysmic natural disasters, and a crystal column a hundred feet tall discovered in one of the Pacific trenches.

Then I read Creature and Beast by Benchley. Too heavy on the environmental/pollution angle for me but they were light and silly. One was a Nazi humanoid with stainless steel teeth that evolved into a land creature, the other was a Giant Squid - also about a hundred feet long.

I'm waterlogged. :)

shark

MEG was super - got it for 50 cents at the library book sale and got a real kick out of it. I like reading about the tube worms and the blind fish in the trench - but when he was INSIDE the Meg! Suoer cool!

Hiya Annie. I'll be a good girl too. LOL

Nice photo, where is it exactly?

You still working till late? Me too, especially on Wednesday when I run a therapy group. Tonight I went, after work, rushing like the clappers, to ToysRus to get 2 toys which I was having problems getting. 2 Pose-me Pets - I didn;'t even know what I was looking for till I went on the net this afternoon. And did get them, so I am pleased. And then to Asda [Wallmart for you Americans] and then home. Am real tired now.

Night Night Annie

Martin, if you want to read the english version, just give a shout... I've got it here :). Great book on a great animal. I was so impressed that when I was building a bot on an IRC-channel once, I named it Megalodon :)

Martin, have you been to the Oceanium in Blijdorp? There's a replica jaw of a Megalodon there. Awesome to see!
