Had a good Saturday...got some stuff done around the house, then my friend, Diane and I went to visit Andrea. We had dinner in the very good cafeteria at Marywood and hung out with her friends and the one other Mom and then saw a play 2 of her friends were in...two short one act plays...good performances..nice night...today church, then not sure what....

Bob and I are having a quiet Sunday. We go for a week's hols to Spain in 10 days and next weekend will be hectic. It is Mothers day in the UK so along with packing we will be taking Bob's mum out for a family lunch.
We are doing Andalucia, travelling by train to Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Malaga in 7 nights. I have deliberately just gone for one 20KG luggage allowance between us to concentrate my mind on what is necessary. Bob is delighted. I am in a big mental debate over the travel kettle. I think that's what will be ditched if we are over the weight allowance.

The sun is sort of out here so it's going to be a good day! Last night Rianna and her friend went to see "Sucker Punch" she said the previews were way better than the actual movie. So Rajan and I went to Pinkberry (yum!) and enjoyed some healthy live active culture frozen yogurt! lol

I had a wonderful time yesterday with Ken, Rufus, and Freddie. The show was great. I think Aquawoman is booking us a trip today over her spring break.

I am home now. Kathi is still up at the BTS show in Secaucus, NJ.

Throwing in a load of wash then headed to Florida to see my baby boy. Phillies tomorrow in Clearwater. Linda is having us all over for dinner, even though we'll probably be drunk and stupid. Very kind of you Linda. LOL

It is 34 degrees here. 87 in Orlando. I am so down with that. OK, talk to you all from sunny Florida.

Oh, I forgot.

In less than a week professional base-a -ball will begin another season of our beloved national pastime.

A season awaited my many fans from coast to coast.

There are always opening day ceremonies: bands playing, fireworks, dignitaries, and even a jet or two.

My personal favorite for the past few years is 'the blessing of the balls'.

Yep, and it's even better than it sounds. I make it a point to get there early because not only are the team balls blessed, but everyone who has balls is also bestowed a blessing by two priests and a rabbi.

The bigger the balls, the bigger the blessing.
I put mine in the freezer the night before. Keeps em really hard.

And as always, this could only happen in The City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia. LOL

Yesterday Eric and I went back to the gym for the first time since my stupid ankle injury. Back to step one. Actually one minus three or so...it's going to take a while to have a normal ankle. But it sure feels good to do SOMETHING....

Lazy kinda day here after waking up to •••• on the ground. Nothing worth measuring but it made snowy paws for the pups none the less.

Made it to the gym for an hour of cardio. Still chugging along and the scales are still moving so I'm good! BON is coming fast and I need to pick up the pace. I honestly cannot wait to get back and workout at the gym near Buddy's! How sick is that?! LOL

What a great visit we had!!! Karen's sister and hubby, Nephew and S.O., Sister in Law, another of Karen's Brothers, Karen's life long girlfriend, the two dogs and myself!!! Quite a houseful!! Great time had by all, even managed to keep two euchre tables going But I swear that they substituted all of the good cards with nines and tens on me!!! Only twice did I have decent hands. Only problem - if I had a winning hand in black, trump was red!!! But it was fun anyway.

Okay, enough rambling!!
