While I was sitting and waiting to talk to one of the dentists, the gal at the counter gave me a couple chocolate covered pretzels to munch on. I found that pretty funny!

What's the agenda for the Bonaire trip. When do we get to wish you two ??

The sky is startimg to look rather dramatic:

we leave on Wednesday morning at 4;30am ..yawn... for the airport JFK Air Jamacia and get into Bonaire at 3pm[hopefully] All packed and ready to go!!!!

We are staying at Capt. Don's {only a hop ,skip away from the street cam}
I will wear my Green hat whenever I am near a cam!!! underwater too!!!

Ah, perhaps you will find a purple hat on island, Freddie? Tis such tropical wear. LOL Bet you can't wait to sit under a palm tree with a wogga-wogga!?

for sure.. we will have our own little patio to have after dive snacks amd Wogga wogga on.. I bought the insect repellant today!!! the GOOD stuff!!!!! We even have someone in the group who is willing to cook a meal for us!! as long as she can use our kitchen!!! But can't wait to have Goat stew and go to Richards and the restrauant next door to capt. Don's.. Capt. Dons has a great restrauant as well.. Love their breakfasts!!!!!and pizzas and Bar!!!!!!!

Dinner was fun - Friendly's always has families with young kids and they were all well behaved tonight. Loved watching one little boy in a high chair eating a pickle in one hand and his ice cream with a spoon in the other. Had some shrimps and a three berry pie a la mode for dessert. Way overdid it! LOL

Thanks Annie, you are too kind, I am begining to accept what's happened, It's just so unbearably quiet, and so many reminders. Ive been trying to keep myself busy today, and Wednesday I am going to take a friend of mine for a hospital visit, so that might take my mind off it a bit.
About that earthquake, My friend said her daughters son woke up in the night, absolutely petrified around 1.am, he said everything was shaking (he sleeps at the top of the house) His mum said he must have been dreaming. until she heard on the news the next day about the earthquake. But they live just round the corner from me and I was up at that time and didnt feel anything. Makes you wonder.

Olaf suggested that we have some sort of callender where people can post when they will be on Bonaire. It would make it easier for us to look out for them. I said a thread titled Bter's Callender, or some such like, would be a good idea. Maybe someone else would have a better idea of doing this.

We forget,we talk a different language from you over there.lol.
" Hump" can mean, upset, sulking, annoyed,(slang)
In my english dictionary it says, slang word for fit of depression or vexation. But obviously the real meaning is Hump as in, camels back. or it can also mean to carry something heavy.
