Early Morning Boat

By Jenni Hardy on Friday, September 20, 2002 - 6:11 am: |
So you are up early then, Eileen. Or is that a usual time for Canadians to get up? It would be considered 'early' here. Well, by me anyway.

Maria, If I have to give tablets to Ben, then I always hide it in a piece of cheese. Try hiding it in a piece of her favorite food. Annie B.

morning gang (still morning here on the left coast!)...here is a link to the 3 pictures that came out from our dive last weekend. i am just happy that my eel pic came out after all the trouble we had with the camera!

oh, and eileen, the more diving you do, the more comfortable you get and the more fun it gets!
|
By Cecil Berry on Friday, September 20, 2002 - 3:16 pm: |
Cynde, great pictures. You could make them bigger, my poor old eyes could barely see them. D2D does not have the 50k file size limitation, so you could post bigger pictures.

Very cOoOol Cynde, but I wanted to see a picture of you AND your new fins!
|
By Cynde Lee on Friday, September 20, 2002 - 5:04 pm: |
cecil, let me know, that would be great! we have another bt left coast boat dive going for oct 5th, also, give me a heads up and we could have a special bt bbq... to date, we have 47 new kelp plants at the planting site that have survived the uruchins, and the storm waves from the last couple of weeks!!!!

Hi everyone, back home at last after boring work.
|
By Glenn Fager on Friday, September 20, 2002 - 6:56 pm: |
Hi Cynde, I went with the Scuba Pro Twin Jets. Hard to decide between the two since the reviews were neck and neck for both fins. I liked the fact that the Twin Jets were positively bouyant-in case a fin slipped off in a mucky lake (a dive buddy of mine lost a fin that way) they'd be easier to find on the surface. I'll let you know what I think of them after I submerge next time. Have a great weekend!

By Cynde Lee on Friday, September 20, 2002 - 7:21 pm: |
annie b...no such thing as a dumb question, only an interest for more knowledge! ha! walt (who runs a tech dive operation on bonaire) has been posting deep dive (300 ft plus) pics on the anchors at red slave, and chains of red slave, etc. i took this pic just for him to show him that we have rusty chains out west too! i also put this pic under diving bonaire (i know jake, broke the rule, sorry so that i could try to bribe him into posting more cool pics from the bowels of bonaire worked too

By Annette Bursey on Friday, September 20, 2002 - 7:23 pm: |
Gonna post all the sunsets in one fell swoop.

By Annette Bursey on Friday, September 20, 2002 - 7:33 pm: |
Cynde, Thank you for being so understanding. Being a non diver, but interested, I sometimes have loads of questions, but don't ask all the time. Gonna go look around other threads. See ya. Annie B.
