Top of the morning to everyone!

Going to make some Christmas cookies today, and youngest son is getting picked up this morning for his first driving lesson. How quickly he has grown up, seems just like yesterday I was, well, you get the picture. Enjoy that time spent with your children, they grow up so fast and then just talk to you when they ask for the car keys. I miss the days when it was still cool to hang out with mom. But, guess we are doing our job right, he's turned out pretty darn good. He is shopping for his own set of wheels, trying to make him hold out till Spring after old man winter is done with making that white stuff.

Morning, BT. We seem to be having a slow day here. Not looking forward to a week's worth of rain, but at least it's fairly warm.

Maybe on BT2 I will be able to post pic without having to be a genius? I posted one on FB yesterday that made me happy...it was the day I got to drop off my year's collection of toys in the city. Not trying to toot my own horn here....it's just something that gives me a lot of pleasure. They go to a low income building in a terrible neighborhood filled with little kids. The manager also runs the local Boys' and Girls' Club, so they go where they're needed, I know.

I think I would like to be one of Eileen's kids...

KIV, I need two spell checkers.... It was very hard back then, thought I was retarted? One teacher saw the problem...he saved me from becoming a dish washer. With the proper help, I went on to collage, became a mechanical engineer, but I still can't spell shti.

Hey BT! Got all the cookies baked today and hubby surprised me and took me out to dinner. Nice!

Gregg is making me a homemade gift this year. I moved my office downstairs to make less steps for this knee of mine and was using this ah, table thingie for a desk. He is making me an awesome solid wood custom made desk just for me! Feeling quite special. I love a man who knows how to work with wood.

Been cleaning out stuff here at the house and then putting it out front for those who may need it instead of the trash and I have to say it has all gone! Even the huge decorative metal fish that I had doubts got picked up.

Freddie, Judy, Ruthie, been thinking of you all all tonight, hope you enjoyed yourselves and had a blast!
