In November of 1968, a certain member of this board was arrested for underage drinking by that pier in the background. I was at Camp Pendleton then, going through Staging Battalion. I received a $38.00 fine, and there went my tatoo. LOL Katie got the biggest kick out of that story when we were walking down the beach. She said, "Dad, I need a picture of you and Amelia with that in the background." Such beautiful family history. LOL

The rain has started here and the forecast is rain everyday and then some - that's okay with me. We just snuggle in.

We're going to rearrange the furniture and finally decorate the inside - we've been concentrating on the outside when we could and haven't done diddly squat inside - other than make a mess with boxes.

We're having a Rasta Birthday Happy Hour on Monday and with the rain... well, everyone will have to squeeze inside.

I still can't wrap my head around how fast this year has flown by... 2011 here we come!

Hi, guys. I'm about to go out into the howling weather. Crap. Didn't we just have to 100 year storm a couple of years ago? I know you Mid Westerners and East Coasters are telling me to shut up, but we're not built for this crummy weather out here...the Eichlers can't take it!

RosAnne and I are going to make time some time this season to go to a bakery that, according to "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" makes the best pannetone on the planet. RosAnne proclaims herself an expert, so we shall se.

This is a very festive time of year for a piano tuner: lots of holiday parties being prepared for and churches getting ready for some serious music. I see lots of client/friends this time of year as they get ready to celebrate.

One dear client met me at the door with "Hello, my dear Barbara!" this week, and I've been savoring it for days...

"Safe travels my dear Barbara."

At work now after an afternoon with the grandtwins who helped me undo some boxes and we did some decorating on the tree. When I got home from work last night, Ken, Nathaniel, Jared and Nathaniel's girlfriend had started decorating the tree. It was an awesome surprise

Tomorrow is shopping day. We have done a lot of shopping, but still seem to have a lot left to do. Then we will go party with this group in Hampton Bays before we come home

Jerry, my buddy and I are like 2 days ahead of schedule worked a few hours this morning then said WTH let's take a break. We went to lunch then I went to a tattoo parlor to see the sketch of a sleeve I am getting done. Gonna let my bride take me out to dinner, if she is real good.
