Eileen, have a great time camping with the family! I have many fond memories of camping with the kids when they were young, our camper has long been sold since they are all grown up now, but the kids still talk of the trips we took to Lake George, down to Asseteque, down to VA, we traveled quite a bit in that camper!

Looks like we got some rain on tap later tonight and all day tomorrow, will be nice not to have to run the irrigation sprinklers and the grass really needs a good soaking here. Still hot in the NE.

That was a lot of rain you had, we haven't had rain in a while since that storm that took away our power a while back for days and then this intense heat wave, rain would be in order, thank goodness it is only really going to pour on Saturday and Sunday will be all sunshiny again. A belated Happy Anniversary to you and yours! The best celebrations are indoors under the covers, candlelit room, jacuzzi, ya know! hee. hee..sorry, couldn't resist. Dreaming again here..

Hi Debbie. I'll be getting my sunshine and dolphin time this weekend. I can't wait to do the three desence dives I'm scheduled for. All I have to do is sit at the bottom and watch the show in progress.

Sounds cool Linda! Watched "Hell's Kitchen" last night and one of the rewards was going to SeaWorld and swimming with the dolphins and seeing the whales, nice reward!

Morning BT. I have work today, Jerry, so cannot sit around and take your abuse. You're going to have to beat up someone else....takers?

Tom, if you ride in the rain, I'm going to make you listen to Eric tell the story about climbing some mountain in Switzerland in the rain and being struck by lightening. That Eric is a lucky boy, I tell you...everything comes his way.

No new mountain lion sightings around our house today. Three so far within a half a mile of our house, one about 100 ft. from us. If Eric comes home with it attached to the back of his head, I will let you know.

That last is a reference to "A Walk in the Woods"...anybody know it?

CB, it's good to have work. But not taking ya up on sitting around taking abuse today.

I am slow cooking some meat on the grill for most the afternoon here, hoping to get 'er done before the storms roll in. Nothing fun about grilling in the rain, eh?

The pictures from yesterday's boat ride with Li'l Red

She seemed to enjoy herself quite a bit and also took her first swim! She liked sitting on the bow and watching Ken clam. She was very worried every time she looked up and he had moved further away The only part she didn't like was when we stood up while the boat was going and she caught the wind...she became the Flying Pup








Ken's appt today was a minor procedure for kidney stones. He is resting comfortably now with vicoden and air conditioning...sound asleep in the bedroom. I took the day off to stay with him. I was going to go in, but he seemed to need me and for me that is number one priority! Work has plenty of dispatchers today, so I wasn't leaving the short-handed in the least.

We picked up the twins on our way home and they are here with me now. They had fun exercising with my weights

WooHoo! Gregg just got us Jimmy Buffet tickets, we are 6 rows from the pit! So happy to be able to see him again, this is the first time he has played on a week-end in a long time. Now, to dig out all my Parrothead stuff!!!
