Just kidding there, really, I go to the doc's today to see about some different meds for nighttime use versus day use, I would love to get 8 hours straight again! And to curl up and sleep on my side again, and to hit the powerball drawing and to go diving, I could go on, but no one really cares to hear all that, so will bid adieu for now, going to try to get clothes on again after a week of being in PJ's!

Weather here is just beautiful! Going up to 80 degrees today and ninety Saturday and Sunday!!! WooHoo! Sweet, first week-end in a while rain free!

FRIDAY!!!! The boys were great yesterday at the clinic!! Great nursing staff as always where we are. The whole office etc. is patient with us as if one has an appt, they get the package deal and have an audience.

Hey Gang! Back from the doc's, so glad I went in to see him, he's a real sweetie. I got all NEW meds, different and stronger for pain and have to actually take less now and then something to help me actually get a good night's sleep. WooHoo! Is it sleepytime yet?

Overall, I am doing great in recovery, just need to strengthen that long muscle above knee, forget the name of that and once that gets in line, I will be all good! He took some staples out that he said I didn't need and loosened up the rest, big difference as exercises shouldn't hurt as much now.

Forgot to eat this morning, so off to whip up something for substance, need my energy ya know.

Jim, you are so right, it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood here too!

Bill, Ivy is keeping you fit. My Ginger (JR) used to eat the same way, she loved Kibbles and Bits and would take a mouthful and run outside the doggie door and then enjoy the feast outside.

On new meds, feeling lots better and just got done another session with the in home PT lady. She was great, a real motivator!

Yeah, I get a PT lady and blood taker lady who comes to the house for first two weeks till I can drive a car myself. Pretty nice, makes ya feel special in a weird sort of way. All I wanted to know was if insurance paid for it and they did, so it's all good.

the italian has a sundried tomato basil pesto in the mix & is stuffed with Mozz

last night we did just regular ones with Jack & jalapeno cheese

sometimes I use the little gouda cheeses to stuff inthem - but then I use a fair bit of horseradish in the mix....

I wonder if anyone will ever come back????

Goood Eeevvening BT! It is absolutely gorgeous outside! It was a one HELL of a day in Kobiland. I may as well share the spilling of the beans here

First and foremost, I had a great little package in the mail today. I commissioned one of our talented BT peeps, Mr. Timmmy, to make a few necklaces for me. One of which is my name written in Japanese. Kobi is Japanese ya know

So here's a peek for you......

The second thing I wanted to spill was something that I did at the gym today

Today marks 6 weeks that I committed to working out with a trainer. Well, today was weigh and measure day!! I am VERY excited to say that
as of today I have lost 14 lbs and 20.5 inches
I almost did a back flip, handstand and a cartwheel when I read the scales and saw the measuring tape!

All I can say is I love my trainer. She pushes me hard enough to make something happen.
I am just home from another workout with her.
Today's results are only going to motivate me MORE and HARDER!!! I have committed to keeping her, 3 days a week, indefinitely as it's obviously working.

Debbie, sorry about all your knee issues I absolutely LOVE my trainer. She has a degree in kineseology (which I don't know how to spell LOL) so I know she knows her stuff. Good for me and good for her 'cause I'm going to keep paying her for three days at week & keep going the other two days on my own Hopefully after the first 40 lbs off I will feel like I'm doing it

I do have a long way to go but I'm going to get there.
