Prayers from here, too. Keep my Dad in mind...sees eye doc today, derm and CT and PET scan tomorrow...praying for the melanoma to ONLY be the one spot they saw...get it out and get on with life....family can't take more tragedy this soon.

Anyhow...a busy Thursday ahead for me, too...hate Thursdays and I have to work at least 1/2 day tomorrow, too...but need the $$$, so....


Marc and I took a ride yesterday to the nearby ski area where I took some more pics...the "lump" in the middle of the lake is the "big boulder" that gives the place it's name...Big Boulder Ski Resort...

By the way, that's where Marc works...he patrols the rental properties for Big Boulder 5 nights a week midnight to 7am...it's 5 min from home...

I called the doc yesterday and they never called back. So, I stopped taking the new stuff and last nite took my "Old" med and it's just wonderful to be calm and to have slept. I can see right today too. I'm good to go!!!!!
Who needs doctors??? I can medicate myself. I'm a professional and Timmmy stayed at a Holiday Inn Express once!!! It's all good!!!

Good morning, loved the BEP video. On April 2nd Rianna, myslef and two of her friends are going to see them here. She is excited, (so am I!)

I have lots to do around the house but can't get motivated this morning, I still have a bit of a headache that just won't go away but I'm trying to ignore it.

I know I mentioned my kids love snowboarding, so last night when the Olympics were on Rajan got out his snowboard when Shaun White was riding and stood on it and mimicked EVERY move he made, it was cute but scared the hell out of me, I can see him trying this stuff on the slopes and it makes me so nervous!!! AHHHHH, an extra padded helmet can only do so much!

Hello all...just emerging from sleepyland...been up for a bit but just enjoying that just awake feeling. Need to go try out the new toy that Ken got so I can start getting my strength back. Get your minds out of the gutter...it's a treadmill I can't safely walk outside with all the ice, and need to get moving if I want to get back to normal anytime soon. I'll start out slowly and work my way up. Another 2 weeks before I'm allowed to use my ab chair...

Ken has been telling me that there was a delivery coming that I needed to be home for. It was supposed to be delivered last week, but the snow delayed it. It showed up at 6pm last night and Ken spent the evening assembling it. I love my guy

Hi Gang! Loving being on the other side here, I got a new mascot at my house here, Tully, the turtle, No, not a real turtle, we got those next door, this one is a cute terra cotta one that is now housing an asparagus plant on top of it's shell and sitting on my table in the front yard. Perfect spot, off to say hi! to some fishes now that Gregg got done with trimming the front trees and bushes, looking nice here, real nice.

Jim - we brought up a trailer load of stuff and are spending 10 days just making stuff in the woodshop and enjoying our little slice of heaven in the woods. Looking at starting another out building to put the John Deere Tracker and wood chipper in.

Well. After my last post (just above) I cannot disclose how I might have come across the following. However, it being close to dinner time here, I thought some good visual stimulation might be appropriate... now that's italian!

I slept...AGAIN!!

My doctor called me and told me that I did the right thing. THAT'S GOOD TO KNOW!! She couldn't believe what that other stuff was doing to me. I feel so much better. If you aren't crazy before taking that stuff, you will be once you start it!!!

I just had pancakes for dinner with REAL Vahmont syrup!!! Mmmmm...I've been craving pancakes!! Thanks Tom & Pam!!

I agree Timmy - we changed that dang presidency but need to throw out all the dead-wood in congress!!!! Lord help us if we all worked in the same manner as they all do! Wait a minute, we'd all be a lot richer and have health care and pensions for life!!! what am I saying??!!!

I got to spend the morning in the dentist chair --- YUCK!!! although I do have a very nice dentist who does his best to allay my phobias. He said it will probably take about 4 years to get my mouth in good shape He's taking into count not wanting to break my wallet completely! Gotta love that!
