No snow here either! Happy Wednesday, getting ready for some water therapy in a few. Our place in the states is getting hammered right now. Brandon got himself a snow day from school. Last storm he got a 2 hour delay, this one, not so, got the whole day off. He is sleeping in for sure.

Got some of that white **** coming down here to....temp is 22 and the wind steady at 20 gusting to 40.....but the positive side it darn sure ain't 22 inches with more to come.....frickin groundhog.

The seagulls are moving inland, what do they know that the weather people don't?

Another girl said they heard their dresser creek. We are ok . getting blasted with snow . Have 15 inches so far. Roads were slick this morning . Everyone have a great day

Blue Harley, that was a great version of Stand By Me. Since I'm pretty much snowed in today, I think I'll break out my guitars and try my hand at playing it.
About 2 feet of snow was on the ground, then we got another 4-5 inches overnight, and are expecting another 4 or so inches through out the day. Damn....it's nice being retired now and not have to worry about having to go to work.

Checking in...we live pretty close to the epicenter, but everything is fine. This one was loud. Our entire house moved, windows rattled, bed shook, not fun. Still waiting for the aftershock to hit.

And Jim, my daughter Stephanie may have to disagree with you on that Antarctica thing. She is actually on a plane right now to Boston having just in been in Antarctica for 6 weeks. Said a lot of the time it had warmer temps than here and on the Cape and a good part of it was not snowy. But we won't talk about the ice channel that had to navigate through.

Freddie & Ruth, I'm picturing your pretty little part of the world the way it was when I got to be there, NOT the least bit the way it is now! I was kind of hoping for a little bit of picturesque snow in December, but nothing like you're getting!

I was looking a a webcam Kelly posted in her town...snow everywhere, and more coming down. Again, when I got to visit them, it was so green and nice...

In Bucks County, which is a NE suburb of Philadelphia, we are in the epicenter of this storm. We are now expected to get 24 more inches, on top of the 22 inches we got Saturday. I have already shoveled twice, and I am just trying to keep up with it at this point. I could sure eat some of Cynde's hot dogs in BBQ sauce now. Wait, I have BBQ sauce and hot dogs. Cynde, how do you do it? It sounds complicated. LOL
Governor has just gave the old State of Emergency here. Back to the driveway. Neighbors are making dinner tonight. Thank God I got the wine yesterday.

When Bethany called me earlier today she was heading outside to make snow creations with the girls. "Mommy let's go make a snow kitty and a snow doggy!!!" Such enthusiasm!!! I wish I could get out and enjoy the snow with them...healing is more important right now!!!

Okay...just a quick hi and check in, thanks CB for updating everyone on my girl. So, she has a hairline fracture but afraid it will become worse so she is on a no weight bearing restriction right now for at least a week then another x-ray and decide whether it needs to be casted or not. It is swollen 5 times its normal size and looking ugly!!

I have been running around like a el pollo loco today, I need a drink!
Have you ever tried to teach a pre-teen (read:know it all) how to walk on crutches??? I'm just sayin'......
