BOB!!! We have been so worried. I was afraid to tell everyone here on BT/CC how you had disappeared. :-(

The long and short of it is that I came home one night and Bob had gone missing. Ken searched high and low for him to no avail. You can imagine my surprise when I came into work the next day and there he was, sound asleep in one of our cells on the wooden bench.

I went back to talk to him, and he begged me to get him out. He was crying and so was I. I had no ability to help him. He had no recollection of the night before and how he ended up in the jail cell.

I talked to my bosses and they wouldn't tell me ANYTHING! I felt so helpless for our loved one. All they told me was that after he was processed, I would not be able to see him again. They then took him off for his mug shots.

To this day I have no clue what his crime was. I just know that I was extremely nervous for his well-being. My bosses said that when they were putting him in the prisoner van for his arraignment, he made a get-away and they lost him. An APB was put out, but it did no good. A warrant has been issued for his arrest at this time and is still active. I explained to my bosses that Bob is transient and moves around, so I don't think the warrant will make any difference. They have kindly allowed me to keep my job as they realized that Bob was only staying with me and I was not part of his escape. That lie detector test they put me through was brutal.

BOB, Whatever you do, DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES come back to East Hampton! I will have no control over what would happen should you visit again!

We really did enjoy our visit with you though. Thanks for all the fun memories!

Knowing that Bob made it safely to Carl and Jan's house makes me feel so much better. He must have had their address memorized and run there after he left the police department.

Ruth...that is too cool!! LMAO!! I had wondered what happened to BOB, now it's out in the open..I am keeping my fingers crossed he does not make it to the west coast.

It was frightful the last time, tsunami warnings, earthquakes, Mel Gibson getting arrested, even the Scientology Center told him to get lost!...I can only guess what would happen if he had a second visit!
