GOOD MORNING ALL.

I was even up early this morning making White Chocolate Strawberry Scones. Then went to the bakery for some fresh baguettes and a loaf of walnut wheat bread. Then on in to work where I made a baked brie with fruit in the middle.

And I've had a meeting with a team in EMEA (Rotterdam) already. Yeah - it's been that kind of day.

Alas it only gets better - non-stop meetings from 10 - 4. I want Margaritaville and I want it NOW!!!!

Back to your regularly scheduled programs....

Yo, you can have Margaritaville if I can have some of that baked brie/fruit. Brie is my drug of choice.

It seems Tina is into a lot more than we really were willing to admit to ourselves. I feel for her. Her Mom is a very bad influence on her. Tina has some heavy decisions to make. Hopefully she will do what is best for her 4yr old daughter. Hopefully she will want to make some changes.
Such a shame. sometimes the wrong choices appear to be the easiest ones. Unfortunately, The results of those choices usually are detrimental in the long run though.

Good almost Afternoon All!!

I had some running around to do this morning and then Kayla isn't feeling too good. I don't know what's wrong, she doesn't tell me enough anymore!!! I've tried getting her in to see a doc, but now she says she's fine. Gosh, I love my children that are just like me!!!!!

She won't go. I know what's wrong with her. GERD. She has bad nerves, like me, too much stomach acid caused by the nerves, then esophogele(?) spasms. But she won't listen. She has been treated for this in the past. She needs the meds for it. But doesn't want to go to a doc. Drivin' me NUTS!!!!!

One more, than gotta go get packed and ready, leave this Saturday. Having a hard time being serious today. Hee Hee.

MAJOR storm here! The way it was hitting the windows I would have sworn it has hail, but just a really super fast down pour. My big chicken Chaos is laying right beside me, he eyes pleading - 'Please make it stop!' Even since that lightening strike last June, he's been afraid of thunder.

Poor little Chaos! Lots of pets and puppy hugs.

Why not give Chaos 1/4 of one of mommy's happy pills?

Eric and I always have a good bottle of something red and a chocolate Santa as desert for New Year's Eve dinner. What party animals, huh?

Jerry, I did a job for a wonderful client of mine yesterday. He's writing a cook book, just a vanity publication. He's Italian and a good cook.

I had a basket of indian eggplant, you know, the size of goose eggs, so he copied a few pages of recipes for me...it was GOOD!!

I also used his recipe for braised fennel. So simple and so good. You and he would have a ball together.

I love my clients...

Grandma's boyfriend
