I'd rather be....organzing my house, sleeping, waking up on a tropical isle (Bonaire, perhaps! ) but.....go to work I must...oh well...I actually like my job...some of the time...and I like my co-workers...most of the time....so.....to borrow a phrase from one of my favorite BT friends...It's All Good!!

You know it's going to be a bad day when you bite into your toast and realize you have made cinnamon salt. Hopefully the rest of the day will be better!

I'd rather it be Monday 2 weeks from now. I'd be in the pool at Eden Beach with the kids starting our Dive Course.

Instead I have the grandtwins and am cleaning, making stacks of dive equipment, pulling out suitcases and getting ready to start 4 midnight shifts...

Good Morning To All!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been a busy four days no riding but had a great time......MBH and me celebrated our anniversary and yesterday she let me take off and go to Bristol Motor Speedway.....I am a lucky man.

Hugs to all that need them and Donna & Tribs when you are really feeling down and it just seems that things are bringing you down just use your imagination to take you away for a few.

Supposed to be 70 here today.

Spring has sprung....I think the northeast is on a two week delay.

It's a good 'stay inside' day here. It rained all night, for which we're very grateful, and it's too wet out to do any yard work.

Our life is a ride, so make it a good one. I have decided to throw all the "stinkin' thinkin'" out the window this week. GNO this weekend (with my HS girlfriends). We are not doing the trailer trash weekened this time, we are staying in the family cabin of one of them...she has been holding out on us! lol! so think Pine mountains, log cabin, four women having a slumber party all weekend....population of Pine Valley 1,580...

OK, time to make the donuts. Hope the sick peep is no longer sick so I can get my work done, and maybe have time to peek in!

I wish there was a way to let Kaarien's family know that we're all still thinking of her --- what a true testament to the positive impact she had on us all. Not forgotten by any means

It's a bit chilly here but the sun is shining and the winds have died down a bit. I'm working from home today.

I had to laugh about the cat toys in the water dish... Bob (our siamese) loves water and always puts his right foot in the dish when he drinks, so I'm constantly changing the dirty water. And we have to keep the toilet lid shut or he will climb in (nothing like a sitting on a wet toilet seat!). He carries toys all around the house so it would just be a matter of time before something ended up in the pot if we didn't keep it closed!

Mean People... yeah, they are their own worse enemy.

I did manage to break a toe this morning stumbling into an ottoman in the dark. No heels for a few days!

It's sunny and the birds are singing but it's a bit chilly here.

Link (Buddy) took his first fall into the toilet bowl this morning. We close the lid but someone forgot and he was trying to play in the water and lost his balance. It was very funny but he was mad as all heck! (I could here Sidney snickering in cat language)

Morning, guys. Tennessee, the feral kitten, is adapting to being a house cat pretty well at our house, but he'd developed the habit of playing in the toilet, then playing in the cat box, then playing in the tub, leaving cat litter everywhere. Good boy, Tennessee! So the lid stays down in our house....

Boy if Bob fell in there'd be quite a splash --- he's the cat who has to squeeze through the cat door.

Yes PS, I'll have to get some nerf door jams or take back my bubble wrap from Krispi (where are you girl?) and wrap up my feet. That would be fun for a while - step/pop step/pop.

Ashlee would probably freak out if she fell in the toilet. She's so small I can't imaging how she'd get out, but she would. She loves the shower and looks through the clear liner and pokes her head in and talks when I'm in there.

Boom, we have a cat door to the laundry room, where the litter box and dry food are at. Spice has to squeeze thru that door!! Most of the time he just sits in front waiting for someone to open the door so he doesn't have to try to squeeze in. He's at 22 lbs. now. I don't know why, he doesn't eat more than Bas, but he eats like a pig! This morning he turned his head to look at me, while eating, and was dropping chunks of food all over his fur!!! We call him "Fat A@@"!!!!LOL

OM, I just flashed back on an event when Little Guy was just a kitten...
We had gone away and had a housesitter staying at the house with the kids. We got home from our trip and found LG looking soaking wet - I mean pathetic. Apparently, he discovered he could climb onto the bathroom sink and then the top rail of the shower door and over to the window in the shower, but at some point fell into the shower/tub. Judging from the streaky paw marks up and down the glass doors, he must have jumped and jumped and jumped to get from the tub up to the top rail again and out. And what we thought was 'wet' was actually shower oil --- oooh my. It took three washings to get him close to oil-free
He's never done that again but does love the sink.

He's sleeping right now, curled up on Daddy's shirt...that is a size 9 hiking boot next to him...

LOL!! I bet he smelled good!!!!

PS, sounds like Spice and Bob could start a boy band Peas in a pod!
