I will be getting him more friends for him to eat!!LOL He has 2 fish in there form the first time I ever got him some, he just won't eat those two. I guess they really are friends

Everyone is going shopping! We are going to hit Costco soon, at about 11am the stands should be out, lunch - I know that's so bad... There are deals on this week on summer pjs for the kids (Quinn really, everyone else has handmedowns) and on pullups and some other items. So I want to get those!

Awwww, Oceana!! Bas didn't have to wear one of those, but I think it may have helped stop his running and jumping, then splitting his toes opened. I hope she heals good, with no problems

OK, Mom's coming here!! I have a long list of places I need to go, but was going to do most tomorrow. Mom asked "why?" So, I guess I can get everything done today. Leaving my house is not one of my strong points, so I guess I better do it today, while she's with me and making me get stuff done!!

Tribs, thanks for the reminder that LOST is not a new show tonight, would have hurried with work tonight to get home in time. Now, I can just work at my own pace. Glad Oceana will be coming home today. She's still a cutie, even with the head gear on. Keep an eye of her, I remember our Ginger, JR, had to wear one of those and she was a little houdini with it and still managed to get to her paws. Had to go and get the next size up, poor thing, it was so much bigger, but at least her paws did heal and all was good in time. Note: it was not for de-clawing.

I am not a fan of WalMart either, but I do like shopping, especially at beginning of the season when all the new stuff is in, I go in get what I need when sizes, stock is full, then don't go anymore till next change of season and I have to. Works for me! Just did my L.L.Bean yearly trip, they had some really cool new Tevas, bought two for Bonaire, two pair of shorts, I am good for a year in that store. Waiting for all the new Columbia stuff to come out now.

I don't like food shopping at all, it seems that the store is always crowded anymore, hard to take your time as another cart is bumping into you. I am off to do that deed now, C'ya.

Wal-Mart! I make Terry go there for his Cherry Twizzler Bits. There are only a couple of things I go to Wally World for once or twice a month. I bet I wouldn't mind it so much if I went on a weekday evening, but once I get home from work (45-50 minute drive) and have dinner I am not in the mood.

I always cook for 4-6. Takes the same amount of time and you have a few diners on the back burner when needed. Like tonight. Everything is vac-packed, and ready to go. Heat and serve.

Oceana was spayed and front de-clawed. We don't have outside cats, only inside. The other 5 are front de-clawed, so it is only fair that we put her on the same level as them. She already got Darwin over the eye with a rear claw, so I think she is going to be OK.

Here is what I think, right or wrong.

I have been part of this long before Bonaire Talk.
Jake and Linda busted there butts to get this up and running. They set the rules ten years ago. The mods agreered to follow them, and they did. But BT has grown, big time, many have become friends, family, times have changed. FYI, some of you know more about me then my brother does. OK, so now it's clear that BT is big, very big with all the hits it now gets. What would like to see us do to improve BT? Please let us know.

I like BT like it is. We can say things, and WE know what it means, we can read between the lines. That makes it that much more fun.

I don't think I would like a bunch of ads. Maybe a thread designated just for that, that people can go to, read, maybe pick up a good deal on something.

As far as "Adult Only" well, we email all that and LOL and can respond however we want and not have to worry about it being on the WEB forever.

Jerry, I think that would be a great idea. Since there is a "group" or whatever we have been called on other threads, of us that "chat" daily, about nothing in particular. AND I think that may bring some lurkers out of lurkdom, because CC would be a place for everyone. You don't have to belong to the "crowd".....

I have noticed the line moving a bit lately. But today....buttons, flys...I don't think that was so bad. I remember when putting "HUMP" in the title of a Wednesday thread started some "stuff"...

I have to say that I miss the homeyness of the old cams, the little slice-of-Bonaire-life. But that's gone and it can't come back.

I don't care about an adult only section....there are enough of those around, and I don't really think it's who we are.

I'd like to see fewer, uh, spitting matches, but I know that's a pretty subjective call.

I agree with you that I reveal more of myself here than in my brick and mortar world, and relate to all kinds of folks I'd just never meet otherwise. I think it's kind of interesting to see how BT and the BT community changes over time. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't, but that's real life.

I guess I like the open forum nature of BT. The best part of BT is that we get exposed to everybody. It's also the worst part sometimes, but those folks tend to get weeded out...

All, been a bit busy at times these past few days but I have been trying to watch and join in a bit.
