Since I didn't find time to send Christmas cards this year, please accept this as our Holiday wish to you all. We hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a Healthy New Year.

Here's a little recipe to start it off right.

Orange Creamsicle Balls

Ingredients:

one box vanilla wafers (crushed)
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
one stick margarine (melted)
one 6 ounce can frozen juice concentrate (thawed)
one box powdered sugar

Directions:

Crush one box vanilla wafers and the pecans, using a blender or food processor. Pour into a large bowl with the powdered sugar. Add one stick margarine and one 6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate. Mix thoroughly (I use my hands). Put in fridge for 10 minutes to firm up. Roll into balls the size of large marbles and roll in additional powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container.

Makes approx. 80

This was taken at Grand Tetons NP in September

Hi Barbara, I do check in occasionally. :-) I just made a batch of those balls to take to the brain injury support group party tonight.

There's an Orange Ball fetish? Did I miss something?

Hi Timmmy, your post made me want to add sugar sprinkles to the balls.

Yes Barbara, we are. This is a great group. Our fearless leader is bringing her Wii tonight so we can bowl and chase cows.
