He was on BON the day Omar formed, dancing around this water hole. Looked like he was feeding, but maybe he was doing a rain dance. I would like to learn more about him.

I'm here! Enjoying a Jack and water. Chaos and I took a walk this afternoon and learned that the little golden lass down the street had her puppies - all 10!!!!! I want another golden puppy! John said NO! Her mommy has a 2 week old baby girl, and 10 puppies to contend with! I got to see the baby girl, but not the puppies...... I want one of each! If I saw the puppies I'm sure I'd have 2 dogs now!

I had lunch with Chudney and Alex yesterday, and as that BIG 3 yr old climbed in my lap - I just wanted my baby back! Chuds says only if they win the lottery. I'm trying to figure out the odds.

PS, Gail and other Floridians closer to the east coast of FL, tonight should be a spectacular photo opportunity, with the shuttle launching well into the night and the full moon in the same time frame (and hopefully frame). I'm hoping Larry gets here in time to set up. A coworker I told about the shuttle launch got all giddy and called her husband, and they will be on top of a 9 story building in north Tampa tonight, tripod ready, clicking away on their Nikkon. I feel a contest between my coworker, Sherri, and Larry coming on.

OK guys, I have a health worry so when and if you have the time, I need the good vibes and prayers to rid a 4 month pregnancy sized tumor. I knew my stomach was distended for some reason. Got a few more tests and doc visits, then it looks like surgery is in store. Bad thing is not knowing if it's fibrous or cancerous. Only the tests will tell, and I'm antsy to get it ALL over. Can't crunch (as in exercise off)a tumor. I have high hopes and am drawing in positives. Have never had a surgery in my life but for 2 pregnancies and a burst tubal pregnancy. I think even if I don't feel old, my um....internal lady parts ???? are. We'll see after the sonogram Monday.

Happy Friday night and weekend to everyone! Look at that moon tonight, it's gonna be beautiful. Remember we have people in a space ship headed out there, and send something up for them. And I hope east coast Floridians can catch a space shuttle/moon shot worthy of the news. I really hope Larry is here in time, it's just an hour or so away!

Kathy, I do hope that this all ends ok. I'm sending TONS OF GOOD VIBES to you. Please let us know what is found on Monday, and what the course of action will be. You take care of your "internal lady parts" dang it!

Aww, I wish I was up there w/ yall. Today I was going thru my pics I took when Louise took me to Newburyport and Plum Island. I got some good ones!!

It is so funny watching Bas and Calypso. They are best friends. I am keeping my camera w/ me from now on. Last nite they were on the bed playing and it was just hilarious! But my camera wasn't in there. I knew if I moved, they would too. But it was so funny, the way they play!!

Kathy - I hold you closer to my thoughts than the shuttle launch. I'm watching a movie, but have my timer set for the launch, but you my friend, are more important. I pray for the fiberous. So many prayers needed today. Send them all up, my friends, to the higher power.

I have the NASA Channel on and am waiting waiting for the launch. If any of you FL Peps get a good pic I would love to see it. When we lived there we would watch the launch and at T-.08 we could see it from our front porch. I miss Florida...

My furkids have been clingy so I'm glad that I took the extra time to hang out with them today. Bob was in the house yesterday but LG had gotten out and was out during the height of the wind and fire (while we were at the harbor). He was scared and ready to get in the house when we got home. He's ready to go out and conquer the neighborhood now though!

Gail... go for it!!!!! Well at least the puppy. I just had a thought-- puppies must release an endorphine similar to what happens to women at childbirth.... as a means of making us forget the pain of puppyhood so that we only think, "I want another!!!" There's that Mother Nature messing with us again!
