Passing along a good read for my rum punch loving friends:-)

"Murmurs from the Deep" (Scientific Adventure in the Caribbean) by Gilles Fonteneau. A good story of one layperson's endeavor to support scientific research in the Caribbean, funded by none other than The Barcardi Foundation :-)

It is not particularly "well written" (by literary standards per se), but a book worth reading nontheless! And it helps to justify drinking more rum punch the next time you are in the islands!!

BTW, Jake and Linda (if you are lurking in the BT closet somewhere out there), I am convinced it was an earthquake I was experiencing that day in 2003 while "photoshopping" in the studio....NOT just a garbage truck passing by, LOL!
