Well, I SLEPT!!! It's been...weeks, months??? But I took a Benedril last nite and put cotton balls in my ears and just got up a little while ago!! Ahhhhh, it's a happy day!!!

Now today, all of you get to take a nap!! And I don't!! YAY!!

What a cutie, happy babies are so cool. For those that have seen The Bucket List, kissing the most beautiful girl in the world still brings a tear to my eye.

Just got some bad news. One of Gregg's drivers got into a bad accident this morning. He drives a motorcycle and hit a deer on the way in to work this morning. Not good. He has a broken collar bone, broken ribs and a punctured lung. Going to be out for a while. And the news get worse. Gregg may not be able to go to Bonaire with me in November as he may have to drive for him. Now, I am really bummed on two counts, one for his driver, really nice guy and this trip was just "us" and I was so looking forward to it, plus I got a shipment arriving from Amcar and I am not so good at installing two bathroom vanities and mirrors and lighting fixtures either.I hope his driver recovers enough to be back to work in time, but only time will tell. 4 weeks is not that long for his injuries to heal.

Think I will go under my desk for the rest of the day.

Debbie, Sorry to hear the bad news. Is it possible to hire a temp while the injured driver recovers?
You're going to be getting lots of offers if Greg can't make it.

Linda, temp. drivers don't work in hubby's business, his trucks are specialized. Anyway, was just venting, just got the news. I am sure something will work out, always does.

I don't want anybody to take Gregg's place, I want my hunny to be with me. He's my dive buddy and so much more. Just won't be the same going without him, but I am working on a plan that may work and he might be able to go if it works out, not sure yet, just started brainstorming. Never underestimate the power of a woman they say!

Ouch Debbie! Maybe you can still go this time and then you and Gregg go another time. That way you get two trips.

So all this talk about breakfast made me hungry. The strawberries and cottage cheese sounded really good but we didn't have any so I opted for coffee and flan.

Right now my kidlets are having a snack, ice cream cones, without the ice cream. I am not asking questions, it's saving me a mess to clean up...

Ah, Ice cream cones, this past Sunday, we went to an away travel soccer game and the boys are on the field warming up before the game was to start in a few minutes. The parents are all sitting on the sidelines waiting for the game to start and we hear the familiar sound of the Mr. Softee truck coming our way. I bet you can guess what happens next. Yup, all the moms and dads got Mr. Softee ice cream cones to enjoy and watch the game! Haven't had one of those in a long time. We all kinda felt bad that the boys couldn't get any, but not bad enough to not enjoy them ourselves. (We did ask him to come back after the game for the boys)

Eileen, we used to give the kids yogurt in cones, a little messy but ....... they thought it was a treat. (shhhhhhh, don't tell Ben and Katie but what was in my cones was Ben and Jerry's, not yohhhhhhhhhgurt)

Okay, a little distracted here this morning, it's all good. Gotta go run wires in an attic, which has no floor (anyone know how strong sheetrock is?)believe it or not, reading this thread worked as good as........... NAH, not as good as a fifth but it helped:
