Thanks Martin & Jerry!!! It worked :-)

Had to go as computer guru came and all boo boo's are fixed. These dam 20 something's think they know EVERYTHING! Well, this kid does. He got me back up and rolling in under 5 minutes. Cost me $40 but me not care. Took more of his time to check adaware stuffs and check our RAM and other things to make sure we were good and safe.

All is well at the paying gig so now I can go home to the non paying gig and enjoy my evening.

Will peek in again later if I can!

OH...........IT'S PAST TIME!!!!

Bette, I will call you tomorrow if I can figure out this phone. We get no happy hour yet as we're doing a night dive. Dove Windsock to scope it out, and it's so easy entry and so much to see, we're doing that one and hope we find some coral spawning. Any tips on night dives for coral spawning?

Anyway, Pasa Bon and then a 3rd dive of the day. THEN not HH but a nightcap. :-)

Gotta take the dogs for a drive first. :-)

Got some awesome spotted eagle ray shots today. Seems a waste to post them from here as this puter doesn't have good editing software. The pic of the grunts grunting this morning was chopped and butchered all the H** just to post!

Anyway, Happy Happy Hour to all, the Halls are still diving.

:-):-):-)

You know I was thinking... gosh... BT has been awfully quiet today. I hadn't gotten any emails about posts. Guy and I have been playing dualing computers on the patio all day.
We've been daydreaming about thisa home away from home in the Santa Barbara harbor.
Any rate, I also was thinking how quiet the phone and work emails have been.... I'm just not getting them :-(
I'll try LogMeIn.com to see what the office computer says but man that was a nice quiet day!!!!

Bette - love your Dunglish :-)
Kobi - glad your puters are fixed and your first day back is over (that's always the hardest, longest day)
Kathy - LOVE LOVE LOVE the posts from Bonaire. You're looking FabUlous!!!
Cynde - wouldn't it be cool if we really did need to have Michael come up and do a survey for US!!!! If memory serves me right, I think that boat has been on the market for a long time.
PS - sister you'd better be putting together a Bastian Thread at this rate. He's gonna be all growed up by the time we see him again. :-)

probally not the right place to put this...
I've spoke to our preacher about it and this is a good place to help those in Texas.
"Angel Food Ministries" will be sending food on there trucks this month to the areas most in need. They do have a web site so you can check it out.
Also UMCORE, United Methodist Committee of Relief, will be giving out cleaning and personal care supplies at the local churches. It's a 5 gallon bucket filled with stuff if you know of anyone in the area tell then to go there.

Debbie, where is your family in Texas? I've been reading that in some places power won't be on for a month or so. I also was reading about that peninsula by Galveston, Bolivar...completely gone...only the lighthouse is standing. They said 500 residents wanted to stay to ride it out.

I have an Aunt and some nieces in Conroe about 20-30 miles north of downtown Houston and a cousin about 30 miles farther north from there. More in San Angelo, farther inland heading to the area with water and cleaning supplies. My Aunt Elaine told me today they said it would be hopefully back on in 30 days. Geeze, can you imagine a month with no power? We have always been pretty close especially since my mom passed even more so. I'm sending already cooked food in a cooler to her but I told them to spread the word on the Angel Food Ministries and UMCORE.

My step-father has a brother in Gaveston that I really don't know very well but he and his family lost their home.
My real father and my hubsand's father live in San Angelo. Their churches have loaded up trailers with water and bleach and are driving to the area now.

I can't imagine 30 days without electricty. Ours goes out for more than an hour and we get all pissy! I can't imagine losing your home either.

Good Evening Kobi. We do the Angel Food at our church. It's a good thing. They have a nice website if you want to look into setting it up in your community. It's not a lot of work. I am in a small town and about 5 volenteers a month is all we need. We do on average 70 orders a month.

My Mom had Throat Cancer. She was only 60 so I basicly made her do treatments and it was helping but she was so weak she fell and hit her nose on the kitchen counter. A blessing in disguise I've come to realize. Grandad's Kids agree with him but they are not here tending to him either so it pi***s me off they don't come but I'm here with my hubby fulfilling family obligations. I hope I don't sound sore, I keep rereading and to someone else it looks like I don't want to be here. I do really. I just wish his own children would come see him more than at Christmas and July 4th.

Jessica was On Rachel Ray This Morning so Maybe she is stuck in the NY airport. Go Cowboys.

Randy- when the camera was turned the other way we had a couple of fellows that sat on the stoop of one of the stores downtown every night. It was their way of letting their family know they were o.k. Pegi Sue went and spoke to then when she was there.

The downtown cam used to be positioned in a different location where there was a step/stoop. There were some regular local fellas that sat there most of the evening; pretty much each evening. NICE guys. Anyway they recently relocated the webcam and we can no longer see them :-(
WE just called them stoop peeps; meant as a term of endearment :-)

LEGEND
I'm thinking something must be wrong since it's 1/2 the price of all other boats we've seen.
I'm also pretty sure that it's been on the market for a while - either that or it sold a while ago and has come back on the market.
It's pretty clean thought.

Hi, my night owl buddies!

I did a job for a very dignified woman in, oh, her mid 60's today. As I was leaving, I noticed she had a gorilla suit hung on her wall, and when I asked about it, she said that in the mid 80's she was part of a group called the Suicide Club that staged pranks around San Francisco. Here are my two favorites:

They arranged for a clown to get on at each stop of a busy municipal bus line. She said people laughed at the first one, and the second one, were uneasy at the 3rd and 4th one. By the 6th, people were starting to get off the bus, and by about the 11th, the driver stopped the bus and told them to get off.

They took the elevator to the top of the federal building at 5pm, and while they held the door there, one of them got into a gorilla suit and the rest tied scarves like gags in their mouths and held their hands behind their backs. Then they pushed all the floor buttons back to the lobby. At every floor, the gorilla held the door, and everybody else strained at their restraints and grunted "MMMPH,MUUMPH" into their gags. She said nobody got on, nobody tried to help, and when they got to the lobby, they walked past waiting security like they had no idea what was wrong.

Do you love that woman or what?

Hi Lynda...:-)

OK, Boom, just looked at the Legand...what a STEAL! Grand Banks has their annual vous at Two Harbors every year too, theirs is the weekend following ours! We got a good price on Tuffy cause the owner was moving up to a larger boat, and needed to get rid of it fast (two boat payments and slip fees suck!) I think we will need to look at it if we come up in November (unless you buy it before then):-)

Evening, Ladies!! :-)

Wow!!! Unbelievable the number of 'other' people having / suffering from computer "Issues" too!!

We've been having nothing but trouble with our POS terminal ever since it was installed - oh 'splanation - POS is the wonderful gadget that handles all of our credit and debit card transactions .... or is SUPPOSED to!! :-(

Stands for Point Of Sale, but we peons have renamed it - using the same starting letters!!!

THEN - to add insult to injury, we suffered a full, store wide computer crash. Let's see ... that took out... the internet, both cash registers, all inventory look ups, repairs, etc., etc., etc. Was down for close to 2 days. Had to write out all transactions, even cash, so we could process them and recover the data once everything came back to life.

And that is why I have been missing!!! Got so tired of computer cr*p that I just didn't want to play ..... for a while at least.

Hope everyone gets those wonderous little gizmo's with their blinking lights fixed up!! I'm off work until Wednesday - and I'll bet that when I get back, the POS will still be a problem, but I'm hoping some of the other problems will have disappp........
RATS!!! here we go!!!!>>>>>>> :-) :-)

:-) Bill :-)

We do credit cards on line with IcVerify and love it BUT when puter's not working I can't process credit cards. I blamed all my computer issues, last week and today, on Big Al Qaeda; made me feel better anyway :-) I think our geek squad member got it all fixed but tomorrow will tell the tale!

You must must must seperate the babies when they are born with a partition in the tank or they will get eaten. With eyes on each side of their head they cannot desipher brine shrimp from the babies. They only eat live moving brine as it passes in front of them. They are not hunters, they just sit and wait for food to come to them.

Kobi, I used to go to Ocean City MD every year from junior high on to adulthood.... memories there for sure!

My mother's family was in Union Iowa. When we went to bury my brother and grandmother we drove into town and my mom told me that if a stranger drove past the same corner twice someone would ask them if they needed help/directions. Later in the week I drove into town to get flowers for the service and sure enough someone stepped up to the car on my second go round the square to help. The minister told me that no one locks their cars or homes. A lovely town in every way.

Kobi... we need pictures my dear :-) :-)

WOW!!! Take a little time off for Mrs. T. and Holle, and this place goes NUTZ!!! :-) :-)

Kobi, I hope Bon Bini feels better in the morning.

Somebody wanted a Holle update... well, she started Puppy School last Thursday. She went with Mrs. T., and apparently did very well :-) :-) I have been working with her on Come, Sit, Down and Stay. And oh yes, a couple of others - Gentle - for when she decides the Midnight cat is a chew toy, Give, to get her rope, kangaroo, ball, kong toy so I can toss it, and OUT - when she wants to get into the garden, under the barbecue, under the bed, yada yada yada. That one (out) is working pretty well, give is pretty good - except for her rope, sit is doing well, as is Down. But we're having major difficulties with Come!!

She's getting closer to growing into her feet, but I don't know if she will ever grow into her ears!!! :-) :-)

I'll try and get some pics to...... er... later today!!!

Time for me to head off to bed. Great BIG Bear Hugs to all those that need them, those that want them, and also to all of the stick in the mud's that think they can do without them!!! :-) :-)

Have a SAFE, Pleasant and peaceful night!! :-) :-)

:-) Bill :-)
