Afternoon Everyone! First time to check-in today. Was babysitting my grandbaby, Lydia, while my 27 y.o. had knee surgery. His knee was pretty messed up, the surgeon said he made him work for his money today. (torn up nimiskus) Anyway, I had a lovely morning with Lydia and got to take her for a walk and show her off to the neighborhood. She is such a doll baby. Oh, my son is back home now, in a lot of pain, but that is to be expected.

Hubby made it home safely from Texas last night, daughter is now leaving Texas for Florida. All is set to leave on time, so that is good news.

Have any of you gotten your airline tickets from a tour operator that are tucked into an envelope that has a packing checklist on the back? Mine used to have things like dinner gloves, shawl, etc...I'm thinkin' we were going to two different places. Dinner gloves....

Cynde, thanks for the well wishes for my oldest, Sean. It is his very first surgery, so we don't know if he is allergic to that stuff or not yet. After seeing what you have gone through, I am praying he is not. Hope the silvadone helps or at least makes it bearable while it heals.

Debbie, the surgeon said it is 'very rare'...the only reason I know about it is the same thing happened when I had my hysterectomy...thus, since then I am adimate about letting medical staff know...but apperantley they just don't listen!

Cynde, that is too funny, I laughed so hard at the end of both of them! Speaking of funny, you all know how I feel about HK stuff, well, I am watching my grandbaby and need to get a new bib, she sure can dribble/drool and I go into the drawer and pull one out and put it on her. I turn her around to see that I got it on all good and guess what I am looking at? You guessed it, HK! Guess I am going to have to give into now, she just looked so darn cute with it on.

You Dive Shop owners can sympathize with this... the shop that I sublease from has had their compressor torn apart now since Friday. I feel badly for them as this has been a slow year and it's looking like a $10Grand expense. YIKES! One of the employees had drained the oil and then forgotten the next day and ran it for a couple of hours w/out oil. They thought they got lucky and there wasn't any damage but last Friday it blew My heart just goes out to them.

Boom, that sucks!! Tell them to get a second price on the required parts.
