PS - Jacques is adorable! You done good girl by rescuing him (or did he rescue you???) Is Henry a red eared slider? I didn't realize you needed a permit for them, but I did realize they aren't native and can interfere with native Florida turtles. Hmmm.

I just want to go two doors down and ask for a kitten, but then again, I've never gotten to choose a cat, they all just come to me, so I might like a trip to the Humane Society (or not, I'd probably come back with 5 cats and 5 dogs!). I dunno. We'll see. Cali's not really the mom type, she was always the baby. Sheba's baby. (the german shephard)

OK, la di da, dinner's on. Needed something hearty, so it's....ground beef steaks covered in peppers, vidalia onions and Dales low sodium seasoning, whole green beans steamed, garlic cheese cream potatoes and MEXICAN CORN BREAD (made in tiny muffin pans). Portions!

I'm hongry. And I still have to work out or walk around the lake. wah

hello! We had great weather in Sorobon. Kids windsurfed for 5 hours! I am tired just watching them! We are meeting up with Bette tomorrow, should be fun. We are beat, it's going to be an early night for us! See everyone tomorrow!

I've been busy today, but not too busy for a peek or two.
PS, You are definitely Mother Earth bringing in needy critters and nursing them back to health.
Today was my lucky day. I brought my truck in @ 7:30 for an oil change and to see what that clunking sound is. It’s just shocks - nothing real expensive.
I see a red shoulder hawk perched on a fence at the entrance of our subdivision. Never saw one there.
After classes I call PS to check in on Henry, and hear about the new kitten.
While doing my most favorite thing in the world - grocery shopping on a Saturday - I run into an old friend who I thought moved to Chicago 2 years ago. We had a nice long talk. Life is good.

Now back to watching The Lord of The Rings.
