Gary and I are having an incredible time. We are probably drinking more than we should, and smoking Cubanos, purchased at Plaza. Havana got all their cigars confiscated by the government, as KLM pilots were bringing them into Bonaire. They were not paying the duty, and blah blah. Anyway, we just got back from Pasa Bon, drank vino, ate pizza, now we are sitting on the dock of the bay having a Appleton Rum from Mo Bay. Diving with Larry tomorrow on the east. 0800 Owwwwwwwwww. Hope all is well with everyone. Talk soon.

Jim,

Don't have too much fun. Save some for your next trip - which is like in October or something?

Denise, yes, have been with and had dinner with Lutty on Wednesday at Patagonia. Gary had Lutty crying he was laughing so hard. Trust me when I say Gary is unique.

Tonight, Annie, Gary, Kelly, Marty and I are eating at Warung. Can't wait.

Diving with Larry today was a freakin blast. We saw two sharks, huge cudas, also found the smallest juvenile drum in all my years of diving. It was as big as my thumbnail. Eddie, the DM, found three lobsters, two babies, and I guess the mom. Incredible.

More to come tomorrow on Gary and Jim's Great Adventure.

Jim, keep it comin'....glad you got up in time, and had a great dive...8AM is EARLY for me that's for sure, although I have gotten up as early as 630...I hear it's fun to watch me "wake up with the fish on the reef"...

Today was the drift from LaDonia's leep to Karpata. Afternoon was the Salt Pier. Both dives were with Bas Noij, who by the way is a fantastic guy and great guide. Again, we just had too much fun with him. I shall write a lot more about Bas when I get home. He gives you a great day.

We all went out last night to City Cafe, did a lot of dancing, drank an enormous amount of brights, then went over to Karel's, home at 2:30. Ouuuuuuuuch. To be continued.

My bud Gary is right now down at the town pier. Since I have done it many times, I decided to pass. I mean how many tires can you see? So, I am sitting here by my lonesome, drinking a Bright and talking to you.

Today, we boat dived Rappel and SW Corner on Klein. Rappel is so beautiful. Just an amazing dive. Gary found a lobster that could feed a family of 8. It was amazing. I found a lot of coral.

OK, to be continued.

Moving very slowly this morning, as you can see by the time. Gary is still asleep, I have been up since 8:00 when the tanks started clanking outside by bedroom window. If you stay at Belmar, stay away from the dive shop. Although it is convenient, when the guys come down from Buddy and start unloading, it gets a bit noisy if you are trying to sleep off a Bright attack. Today, we are going to dive Tory's and then probably Margate. Night dive tonight with my bud Lutty and a guy named John who is staying at Habitat. All is well on Bonaire.
