Good morning Donna, Judy and Kathy. I'm in some SERIOUS pain today. Went tubing yesterday afternoon on Boone Lake - first time I've done anything like that since surgery. AAARGH! I don't think my sternum hurt this bad after surgery. Everything I do makes it hurt. MAN that sucks. But it's alright - it's all good isn't it.???

School started today so things were a little disjointed this morning. The goal of this school year - Boy learning how to get up to an alarm clock - otherwise college next year is going to be BAD. I will suggest that have no classes before 9AM as there would be little chance of him waking up for it. so that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

yoMo...unbelievable...poor kid, she will remember that for the rest of her life! My parents left me at a gas station in the middle of texas when i was four...SERIOUSLY! I asked my mom if I could go to the bathroom while dad was filling up with gas...she said yes...so, i come out of the bathroom...gone..car...gone...I can still remember hanging onto the attendants shirt tail looking down the long strait road balling my eyes out. Can you imagine what he thought? lol. They finally realized I was missing about 15 minutes later. my sister was in the back of the station wagon crying, my parents were telling her to shut up, then finally asked her why she was crying "YOU LEFT CYNDE AT THE GAS STATION"...OOOOPPPIEEEE....

Cynde - Yep - I would certainly carry that scar with me for life. I just don't understand how you are on the plane and not realize one of your kids is missing. From the car - yeah OK maybe but on the airplane? Who do they think was going to strap the kid into the airline seat? amazing

Yea, and everyone wonders why I have abandonment issues...LOL! There were only 3 kids...heck! yoMo...yea, on a plane and the staff had to TELL them they left one behind???? I did try to beat my mom with my stuffed weiner dog the next night at the hotel...my dad made me leave it in the car the rest of the trip....LOL!

PS, hugs and good vibes while you do your errands...the next few days, weeks, months, and years will be a tough journey at times, know that we are here with you. A lot of us have gone through it, and will be yours, jacki's, and George's shoulders when you need them.

I've never left either of my kids anywhere but I did once take Rianna to get her picture taken with 2 different shoes on, one was a pretty white maryjane and the other was a lace up sneaker. I didn't have a clue until the lady said, "Are you an artist, that's a creative way to express yourself". I nearly fell over since she was only 18 months and I had dressed her! I blamed it on post-partem silliness.

Back home again, feels good to be back. Lots to do, so not so much play time here for me today.

BC1; Awwww, I feel for you girl! You had all reasons to be mad at your parents. Your mom should be glad the only thing you found to hit her with was a stuffed wiener dog!

My parents have never forgotten me but I was left behind once. I was on a school trip and right before we left the restaurant where we had stopped for a drink, I had to go to the little girls room and when I came out again, the bus had left WITHOUT ME!!!!!!!! Luckily a very nice lady saw me standing all lost and confused and gave me a big ice-cream. About an hour later the bus returned to pick me up. O well. Thanks to that nice lady and her big ice-cream no real harm was done.

Coast Guard rescues 29 from Vision dive boat
That was the first dive boat I ever went on. The CG evacuated the 26 divers and the crew managed to patch the leak enough to get to Ventura safely. That must have been quite an experience to get to ride the Channel on the USCG Blackfin. I'm really glad to hear they kept her afloat.... this is just a lovely boat and great operation.

Hi everyone..hope you all had a great weekend!!
I did!! Panama City was fantastic and Captain Logan showed us a fantastic time!! We even got to swim with some dolphins!

I think I'm going to drive up to Tom's shop and help him repair a few wet suits in his special closed off no ventilation room.

Our 2nd dive was covered up in jellies between 30 and about 45 feet. Very freaky...got some nice shots though!(and my Dive Goddess proved herself worthy!)

for medical gear that I'm shipping to Denmark.
I've got all different things like.... eye protection, strobes, harnesses, bandages, dressings, medical kits, gauze, gloves, cpr masks, whistles and bags.

I go through this every time I have to ship something internationally. It took me forever just to find something that fit right for the type of rope we sell and don't even get me started on the Rescue Tubes we just sold to Isreal.... sheesh!!!!

There must be an easier way to find the correct code??? no????

Freddie, wetsuit, too warm topside for the dry. We had some great dives. My pics are on my camera, cable is at the boat.

Kobi, we ran into a "school' of giant black sea bass on our first dive. They were anywhere from 3 feet to 6 feet. They can get up to 850 pounds. there was one that was HUMONGOUS...probably 6 feet at least, and a 3 foot girth...they are truly "gentle giants" in that if you don't make noise (like squeeling with excitement) they will let you "shadow them" and get fairly close for pics.

WE WANT MORE PICTURES! Cynde, I'm proud of you girl, although the lemon was not quite as spectacular as the green thing, it still was amazing! LOL!
Kobi, I'm with you, I use to dive in cold water but NO WAY IN HE)) now, I've become so spoiled! I can't wait to hear about the weddin'!
