OMG, your top 2 are Larry's faves. lol I actually like ABBA! I'm glad they wouldn't do a reunion tour because they WANT people to remember them as young and sweet.

My faves are always new. But one I LOVE FOREVER is Sinead O'Conner, as this was my "leaving my ex song"

He had just planted fields of sunflowers (he had heavy equipment and stuff), and all the sunflowers were blooming, tall and swaying in the breeze - just lovely, but I just could not stay, beautiful as my home was. He asked me what he could do to make me stay. I told him, "Tony, we are just on different intellectual levels". (We couldn't talk , I had to talk to other people, including other men.) He said, "What does that mean?" I had to laugh thru tears, and left without looking back, wishing him all the love he deserved and just saying I was not the right one for him. Afraid like Lott's wife I'd turn into a pillar of salt or something, I didn't look in the rear view mirror, afraid I'd want to go back.

I swear all his friends were just like this, so was he, though I managed to refine him somewhat, as in I made his buddies stay outside, and dressed him right and made us a beautiful home and made sure we both were set in our careers. But he married a Rodeo Queen after I left him, with a big ol' butt and the same face as me! lol, Perfect! He was her best hired hand. I would drive by at night and see him on a tractor at 10:00 pm. They had rodeos every weekend. She kicked him out in Dec 07. Wonder why he's on my mind? He has to carry an oxygen tank for his emphysema, too much marijuana.

I'm trying to remember the name of the song... but it played a lot when Guy and I were working on a big print catalog for Pacific Rescue. We did the whole thing ourselves -- 74 pages, layout, text, photos and editing... the whole shebang. We worked 16/17 hour days often The song was from the late sixties/early 70's and basically was an older dude going on and on about how he shouldn't be wanting to make it with a 16 year old.... really perverted..... but it played a lot!!! It was in the top ten
