Morning Jerry and Debbie and all. Have had little time to play. Bit bummed right now, a friend, old coworker and a supervisor that I worked closely with passed away yesterday. She was 32. :-( So tragic. Her hometown is nearby so I hope to pay my respects.

We've just been busy. The kids are super active, Kedron is mobile, and has a personality to boot! The fence is coming along too.

Anyway, don't want to be a downer! I hope everyone is doing well!

Jerry, is that a get out of jail card for me?

Morning Jerry, Debbie and Eileen. So sorry to hear about your friend, Eileen. 32 is way too young for that to happen. All you need for Kedron is a harness or some velcro. :-) :-) :-)

Eileen, sorry to hear of the loss of your friend.

Kristi, You miss BOB? Are you taking some of the chemicals you give your patients? One of the big reasons Chattanooga is #3 in America's top 100 is because BOB is not there. :-)

Hard to believe that Philadelphia is not on the list. With all the murders, drugs, gang warfare, robberies, etc. where could be a more fun place than here? I don't understand how these people came up with Charlotte, NC, when there is a haven for disaster in Philadelphia. Good God, NYC did not even make this list.

Here's a funny for Thursday:

For several years, a married man was having an affair with an Italian woman. One night, she confided in him that she was pregnant. Not wanting to ruin his reputation or his marriage, he paid her a large sum of money if she would go to Italy to secretly have the child. If she stayed in Italy to raise the child, he would also provide child support until the child turned 18. She agreed, but asked how he would know when the baby was born. To keep it discrete, he told her to simply mail him a post card, and write 'Spaghetti' on the back. He would then arrange for the child support payments to begin.

One day, about 9 months later, he came home to his confused wife.
'Honey,' she said, 'you received a very strange post card today.'

'Oh, just give it to me and I'll explain it later,' he said.

The wife watched as her husband read the card, turned white and fainted.

On the card was written:

'Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Spaghetti.

'Three with meatballs, two without.'

'SEND EXTRA SAUCE'.

Eileen, sometimes, things just don't seem to make sense, I will keep your friend and family in my prayers.

Linda, I tried that dance the other day and it really made me happy! You got it going on!

I am trying to get hyped about my road trip to Texas, keep going over how to do it, how many miles per day, and I am going batty! I am just going to wing it all the way, get in my car and just drive till I don't want to anymore. Have to cover 535 miles per day, if I can do more, great, if not, that's o.k. I feel a lot better now, going to actually take three full days to get there, do what I gotta do on day 4, fly home the 5th. Feeling a lot better now, seems more doable now.

I actually will get to cross the Mississippi River very close to where it goes into the Gulf. I am interested to see that. Also, I go right by Baton Rouge and New Orleans. Going to spend a little extra time around there.

I just don't know about Chattanoga. I had some majorly weird stuff happen to me driving in that area and at a rest stop in the middle of the day there. This happened while I was moving to Florida. I had my little Honda Civic packed to the gills, windsurfing gear on top and my cat with me.

Thx everyone. I am scratching my head, she was also so tall, beautiful and skinny, and many people thought, oh, "must be nice to be like that". Including myself in the past, yet I am the one, healthy, married to a wonderful guy, I have great friends, 3 great kids. Can't really complain now can I. I am happy to have known her, she was at our wedding and am happy to have had some great times. Everyone is saddened by the loss, many in her industry as well.

Anyway, I am glad my parents had the boys yesterday and this morning, couldn't think straight. Had a chance to count my blessings and just think. Getting those fingerprints cleaned off the windows really isn't that important.

Now, I do have good news (no I am not pregnant - can't do 4 kids LOL!). I AM GOING TO THE NE BBQ AND CAN'T WAIT TO MEET SOME OF YOU! YES THE KIDLETS ARE COMING!!! :-)

Oh and more sad news, the view of the construction workers, soon to be gone. Joel is making the fence way too high... His email address is.... and his crackberry # is.... if you wish to support me on this one :-).

Eileen, I am SO very sorry for the loss of your friend & coworker. Such a short life but my prayer is she lived every moment in full. Will be thinking about her family at this tough time.

Little Kedron is getting cuter and cuter each time I see your pics :-) Rylan has taken off like a shot and SO trying to walk. She will be a year old in a few weeks.

I'm off to email Joel right now LOL! :-) I know you guys will enjoy that fence; they are great to have to contain pets and kids and they keep others OUT!!

In about 30 yrs, the trees we have planted, will be big enough to hold a fort, and by then, the construction work will be done.

I just can't win!!!! LOL! As Joel would say - It's all in the Master Plan!

Kristi - last year she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, all cleared up after chemo. She was healthy until a few weeks ago. It reappeared, it was very invasive and was in her whole body. Chemo didn't help. She went home to her family and passed away there. She was not married or had children. Which is sad that she did not experience it but in the same breath there isn't a hubby or significant other to mourn or children without a mom. But I don't know which way is better or what the right answer is in that one.

ANd I will add about my friend/coworker, she was very well respected, and was liked, and yes she was my boss and had to do 'boss things' but that's the way it goes, she also travelled and was successful at what she did. She spoiled her nephew who was born the same year as Quinn.

In the short life she did live, she lived it. And she lived it well.
