It sure feels like summer! LOL! I'm just waiting to head out for my dive. If the yard guys don't finish soon, I am going to chase them away!!!

Trees...bushes...raking the rocks, the typical Bonairian yard. Ok...they just pulled away. I'm going to gear up and head for the UW web cam. Hopefully I won't run into the Wannadive boat. UGH! That is why I wanted to go out early. I was near the dock once when that boat started up and I felt it in my chest. It was the oddest sensation and scared the bejeezers out of me. Ok...time to dive!

Still in North Belnem, just a block away from the last house. OK....I'm going now. Kathy if you are out there, I'm taking the camera out for its maiden voyage.

Hi everyone! A little humor for a Friday!

One evening a husband, thinking he was being funny, said to his wife 'Perhaps we should start washing your clothes in Slim Fast. Maybe it would take a few inches off of your butt!'

His wife was not amused, and decided that she simply couldn't let such a comment go unrewarded.

The next morning the husband took a pair of underwear out of his drawer. 'What the Hell is this??' he said to himself as a little 'dust' cloud appeared when he shook them out.

Ha! STD's...... We have a huge retirement community near us. Big on golf and happy hours. They all get around in their golf carts..... The nursing instructors at the University send their students there to research STD's because these folk figure they're too old to get pregnant, so 'who needs protection'! The instructors tell us that the retired folk have more STD's than young people!

Gail, The SDT's in seniors started rising when Viagra and similar drugs came out. :-D

Friday is here...workinga 1/2 day and the road trio starts tomorrow...I could leave today. Anyhow thought since Kristi threw some youtubes out there I would add this one this guy played at the Honda Hoot last (Honda Hoot about 16,000 in town for a motorcycle get together) I didn't make it down there but, this guys pretty good.

I thought I was going to have a rough morning, but it's not been too bad. I'm to have nothing to eat or drink from midnight to 12:30 today, when I have an abdominal Ultra Sound. One of my brother's has an aortal anurysm (sp), and since our grandmother died from one, it was recommended that the rest of his siblings be screened. Not eating hasn't bothered me, but I get up and drink water, water, water.... and I miss my water like everyone else misses their caffine! I also have an 11 am Chiropractor appointment, then will do some shopping at Lowes until noon, and it'll keep me out and busy until I can eat and drink again! Not as bad as I though it would be!

Gail, Sorry you have to go thru all that today. Is the Chiropractor doing the Ultra Sound? If not and you're going in for some "cracking" make sure he/she doesn't push on your bladder.

Kristi, I've been wondering about Hulk. Edward Norton seems like good choice. I just read two reviews...I'm definitely putting it back on the list of movies to see.

No, Linda. Just a routine Chiro, and then need to kill an hour until the 12:30 ultrasound. No sense using up my gas and coming all the way home, just to have to go back to the same area, We need bug spray, so I can always kill and hour in Lowes, and it's across the street from the imaging center. And there's a Border's Book Store in the plaza if I need to kill even more time! This is just a routine screening due to family history, because my brother's doctor thought the siblings should be checked. And the fasting hasn't been as difficult as I thought it would be.

Jerry - are you out there? Eat real food!

BH - Have a great afternoon off, and a FABULOUS road trip!

Gail, good luck with the ultrasound. A coworer's dad had surgery for an ab aort any and is recovering nicely.

BH, LOVE that guy, wow, never heard of him before. But his voice does not match his look! lol!

We got a phone call this morning at 6:30AM...from the Jam band Mento that played at our friends wedding, great group, 3 REALLY old men, and a couple of younger ones. We hung out with them our last night, and they let me play thier wood base. It's a wooden box, with these things in the front (metal) that is attached to strings called a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhumba_box. I played it with one hand, and had a maracha in the other, while the singer and guitar player Anthony sang. It was a hoot. Anyway, it was anthony calling to make sure we made it home ok, and wanted to talk to me...lol...michael's like "she's asleep"...he said he didn't understand most of what he said...patois is HARD to understand...lol!

I'm at home, no goons to deal with, no phones, sitting here looking at a family of ducks playing on the lake, birds are singing away, sun is warm, coffee is fresh, Caymus is at the groomers, Nicky is playing in his cage and being quiet, Tony Bennett is half way through I left my heart in San Francisco. I'm having two very special people for diner this Sat night, so I will be working on putting together the wine list to go with diner. I'm so looking forward to this. We have talked many times but never met face to face. This will be the first time that a fellow Bter has made it to our home for diner. I'm so pumped.

Cynde, it's so much fun.
