Wes called last night and the eye injury is not too bad. Workman's comp is covering it and his boss was present when it happened, so that shouldn't be an issue. What a mess.... Still no word back from DAN.

I wish all youz guys (Philly thing) were still going to be there when Gary and I arrive on the 5th of August. That would be a lot of fun. I was with Roger and Karen last year on the 4th of July for a barbecue. We then left and went to Habitat for the fireworks. It was a great day.

My truck is PACKED! Now I just gotta get in the shower and then I'm off to my sister's. I have to make the potatoe salad tonite, I don't think the restaurant at the hotel will let me use their kitchen. Hopefully it'll clear up on the W coast of FL, so we can lay out today in her neighbor's pool!!
And if I don't get going, none of this will happen!!

Hi Gail, Three weeks and counting? That's so great!!!! I have no idea when we'll be back to paradise with the economy going down the toilet. It also looks like our trip next year to Yap and Palau will be put on the back burner. By the time we save enough $ for what that trip DID cost, the price will have doubled. This year's trip is the priciest I've spent on air fare. Over $200 more per ticket than last year, but we need this trip so much that I willingly spent it. Next year will be a different story as my severance pay will have stopped, and I'll be seriously budgeting.

Is it true what Pat said, that a bunch of you are going to a biker bar?
