Chat about diet exercise is about all I've done. Once again, I wasn't awful foodwise, but I wasn't great either. I NEED this knee to heal so I can exercise and I've been really, really tired.....

Oatmeal for breakfast w/berries (naturally)
Soy peanut butter & sugar free jelly for lunch and fresh caught fluke for dinner with our very own sugar snap peas & probably some brown rice :-)
And a slice of Joel's B-Day cake, please :-)

Morning Peeps!!
I had a nice work out at the gym this morning - not overly strenuous because it was already pretty dang hot at 7am :-) :-)
It's actually quite nice as we're supposed to get an even hotter day tomorrow and then Saturday it will cool down to the hi 70's/lo 80's again. A little shot of summer :-)

I had a chicken wrap for breakfast
will have carrots and Cilantro hummus for a snack
and a salad for lunch
I'm not sure about dinner but I know it will include Cosmopolitans :-) :-) My walking group (aka the Lipstickers) is getting all dolled-up and going to see Sex and the City tonight!
I'm looking forward to the excuse to put on a dress and heels!

Hang in there Donna - remember this too shall pass so try and bask in the journey!

Happy Birthday to Joel!!! Eileen I've been dying for something chocolate for the last few days.... what time will be cake time??? Triple Chocolate no less !!!

Hey and one of the DM's from the shop up front came back and said.... "Have you lost weight?"
That's always a nice way to start the day :-)
