Good Morning all! I am still nursing my knee, but it's improving. Eating is still so-so. Today I have to work on my day off...poor me :-(
but it's ok and it's allll gooood....

wake up friends!

and catching up on last night a little...Pegi.....I feel your pain about Kayla moving, at least she's only a few states away, Amanda was telling me the other day about a job she may be able to get in SOUTH AMERICA next year...SOUTH AMERICA!!! Help!! I'm trying not to think about it. This children growing up thing stinks like skunk!! BUT....you have a beautiful daughter and a good relationship with her...it'll be ok and you'll always be close. I honestly talked to my Mom constantly when she still lived in NJ and I had moved to PA. Love covers a multitude of miles!!

Judy, great menu for the day! I'm still here, just been a bit busy for posting as much.

Donna, sorry to hear about your knee, hope it gets better soon.

Walked two miles today and going out now to start biking it for 6 miles, well see, would love to do 10, but may have to work up to that. I am stuck on my weight, not up, not down, just the same, so going to pump it up a bit to see if that works.

Morning Everyone!
Donna and Kathy hope you both get relief soon - bad knees and back really take their toll.

Judy - your menus inspire me - thank you for posting them

Debbie - you're doing so well with your exercise. Don't you just love walking? It's my absolute favorite :-) I like to run because it's a challenge but with a good, fast-paced, long walk you see so much of the world around you. It gives you such a clear mind :-)

Eileen - it looks like our internet at the house is down - I with Judy - I'm lost without it!

I've had watermelon for breakfast, there's a small chef salad for lunch, dinner will be leftovers in a wrap or salad. Has to be quick since I've got a Village Meeting at 7pm. That barely gives me enough time to feed Rasta and the Boyz.

Ah well, the arse is firmly planted in the office chair for the next 8 hours. Gotta remember to get up and stretch (no Rasta here today to remind me).

Have a great day everyone!!

I'm making a big pot of spagetti today so George will eat something other than peanut butter and jelly while I'm gone...I'm going to eat some and not worry!!

I've been doing laps in the pool everyday, but don't see any difference yet. I keep getting so tired during the day, and I end up sleeping for hours! This morning I fell asleep again from 10 til 11:30!! Well, I got up, got me a Diet Pepsi and I feel better. I drink coffee every morning, and after that is when I start getting so tired. Maybe if I cut out the coffee and drink a few diet pepsi's a day, I'll stay awake and feel better. Which means I'll do more moving around!! I don't know, I'll try it. I don't want to sleep my life away!

Kayla's fine...maybe she won't go. But if she does, I'll handle it. As my mom says "it's a learning experience" for her, so that'll be good. Maybe everything will be wonderful for her up there. And hey, I can go visit! Luckily she has a job that can transfer her to a pharmacy up there!:-)

Back from biking it. Augh! Bikes hurt the hiney, won't do that again. Tried both bikes we have here at the house. Not comfy at all, one is a 10 speed and the other a 6 speed. I do not like not being comfy when exercising, so will look at cardio in house with muscle strengthning or something.

PS, Kayla will be fine, she knows "MOM" will always be there for her. I am telling myself that lately too as my Tiffany plans on moving in with her boyfriend in the Marines when college is over and spend all free time till then with him. "Mom" will have to go visit her at college, I might get a little visit at Christmas, but last time he was talking of going to Japan for two years, I nearly freaked! She told me now he is looking at NC, still quite far from home, but better than Japan.
