Morning all, nice bright morning here in the middle of he UK.

I made this last week and it's great in things like Bloody Marys etc.



Girls I hope your hangovers are not too bad from last night. One shot or two of chiili vodka?

That's pretty!! Maybe we should start a little happy hour now with a few Bloody Mary's...you know, just to try it out!!

Brian, that looks absolutely stunning. What kind of chilis did you use? We have this crazy beer in the states called "Ed's Chili Beer." At least, we used to have it. It was from Texas and had a couple of chilis in the bottle. I know it sounds disturbing, but it was actually pretty good.

I really did wake up his morning with a headache. I stupidly had two mai tais last night - which doesn't sound like much but we were at the local watering hole (you know the kind - every town has at least one) where the drinks are strong, the food is good and everyone knows everyone.

I did good though - went to the gym for an hour - popped a couple of aspirin and now I'm good to go!!

Brian, that looks great! I think I might give it a whirl. We did similar infused vodkas for our wedding.
