Good Thursday Morning from the gray and soggy Poconos....I have to drive to the oral surgeon for a recheck this morning, which is surely a waste of gas (it's 1/2 hour away), but.....then it will be off to work.

I have still been less than good, but better than awful....havent' gotten on the scale either.

Yesterday exercise was VERY minimal, today I will be sure to squeeze some in after work if I can.

Anyone remember "Thoroughly Modern Millie"??? There I go showing my age again!! :-)
memories again...

Speaking of eating, Kedron is now on solids - she's 6 mths so we finally started. She has no interest in food and doesn't like to eat... But so far so good, her facial expressions say it all LOL! As for Riker this morning, he is having a hard time understanding that Potato Chips do not make a good breakfast!!! :-) For him right now, the world is against him :-) .
