Well, my week rolls on...yesterday I wasn't awful, but not as good as I planned to be. A drug rep brought Panera bread for lunch at work!! I did, however, eat lots of salad and take a walk AND a bike ride in the beautiful sunshine after work.

Busy day ahead..a new employee at work and ladies bible study at church tonight.

Have a healthy, happy, worry free Tuesday!!

this picture reminded me of sheer happiness and freedom!

Been awhile since I posted here! Been very very very busy! LOL! Haven't been the best LOL, but that's OK, being doing a lot of visiting etc. in the past week :-). No regrets though, been a fantastic week! I'm off to visit my dad today - his bday! Have a wonderful day everyone!

Morning Donna :-)

Well, you did good yesterday with the walking and a bike ride :-) Yum - Panera bread!

Did a long walk on the beach with my dog after work - it was beautiful----then a bit of gardening.
Breakfast -- the usual oatmeal w/berries & flax seed
Lunch - soy peanut butter & sugar-free jelly
Dinner ?

Since we're toasting a Healthy Lifestyle, here's my contribution

Morning Ladies!

Eileen, Did I miss your before and after pics?

I have been doing good on walking, this week, 3 miles in the morning and another two in the evening, think I must be building muscle as the scale hasn't moved. :-( Lots of housework to keep busy today. Been so nice out, haven't wanted to be inside at all. But so far, lost 12 another 18 to go before end of summer.

Haven't posted any yet Haven't really reached that goal yet... Visit with my SIL last wk and Baptism kinda helped with that :-), no regrets though.

hey gang , and good morning to you all. Well its good to see some of you are back you've been hiding, has everyone made there new months goals, Mine is another 10 lbs I have surpassed my last moths by 6lbs, I think its the triathlon training and the job loss that has accounted for that, so I have lost 65lbs as of Saturday past,my new goal weight for June is 263lbs oh this is getting hard on the dive gear, already ordered my new custom dry suit, wet suits will have to wait as I need them to fit a little snugger, not sure if thats a word, Anyhow we need to keep training, Did a 5.8 k run yesterday, today have to strength train, bike to the pool and learn to swim tonight so busy day , oh yeah and a job interview this morning, not sure I want it though as its getting right back into fixing cars which is what I'm trying to get away from, but got to eat right!!well gang I hope you all enjoy your day and are able to get out there and do something And enjoy yourself as thats what life is supposed to be about that scale thing is just a number, its how you feel inside, great day everyone.

What pictures? I haven't seen any here...:-(
Linda, once the temps hit 65 or close to 70, I am out the door, been pretty warm here as of late, today I waited a bit too long as I was talking to my Mom on the phone and got out later. Usually do three miles in am, but today only got 2 in, but lots of moving some stone around, so should make up for it, as well as lots of housework, behind schedule, but, that's o.k., getting to walk 2 is better than none. Have a great day everyone!

Eileen, Glad I didn't miss the pics! :-)

My scale better get moving, walking 5 miles a day now should do something, eating right too.
