Pics to be posted later! :-( No time to play catch up so I hope all is well with everyone!

I'm putting together my new little shark steam mop hoping to get one of my two bathroom floors done before taking off for spin class this morning. This thing had better work. A lady at work said it was the best thing since sliced bread. I hate scrubbing the grout on my tile floors.

I moved Crush from the living room to the bedroom.
He looks much better up here.

Morning Donna! Thanks - I fell in love with that bedroom set as soon as I saw it. Reminds me of the woodwork done in the 40's. What's up for you today? I'm getting ready to leave for class in 15 minutes. I did steam clean the master bath already. I'll still have to get on my hands and knees for some of the grout, but the little Shark steamer did a great job on the tile.

Good morning all. Kaarien, sounds like you're feeling better? I hope so! Hugs to you, girlfriend. :-)

I think I solved my pet sitter problem last night when the neighbors were over. I was in the pool with two girls and their little girls, teaching the little girls how to float on their backs with their arms behind their heads and their ankles crossed. lol They did it perfect. :-) Anyway, their mothers said they would come and feed Cali, and I told them they could use the pool. :-)

OK, we got a lot of running around to do today, plus going to see Indiana Jones. Will see you all later!

I feel all fresh :-) LOL!
Just showered after sweating up a storm working outside! Got out and at 'em early this morning to remove all the chicken wire from around the fence. I am sure both neighbors, on each side, are happy, happy!.

Our mow boy will be here in a bit to mow so he'll have fun weed eating around the fence with the forest that grew behind the chickie wire LOL! We've had it up since February but he's done his best to work around it. Now he's free!!!
There is ONE spot that Miss Bubbles can get her head through so will have to address that later this AM. CANNOT have Houdini making a great escape for sure.
Now that the Yorkie Compound is cleaned up it's on to tidying inside.
Rob is still terribly sick again today. Cannot talk; may be my chance...he can't say NO!!!! :-)

Kathy, glad you have the house/Cali sitter thing taken care of. Nice arrangement for you and the neighbors.

OK, I have this song in my head this AM.
Saw on the news today that Boston has a new lead singer. The guy was working at Home Depot and they discovered him doing Karaoke on his daughter's MySpace page! He has an awesome voice. I need to try to find HIM singing with them :-) Until then......this is an oldie but a goodie :-)
I'll be jamming all morning LOL!

Morning Elvira. You have a lot of reading to do.
Karieen, Thanks. It's just Rooms-To-Go furniture, but it replaced some really fuggly furniture from Terry's single days. I took the pictures next to Crush early in my dive days with my little point and shoot Reef Master.
Kathy, Good to hear your house/kitty sitting is taken care of. A big plus is that now you have more sitters to call.
Tribs, Smile big! and have a great dive.
Timmy, I need to learn how to copy/paste on the Breath It cam, too. I tried to do it the same way we do on BT, but the person I tried to capture was gone when I opened the saved image. Maybe he was Houdini?

Hi all, hope you all have a great day.

Patrick where are you?

Kathy, thanks for the Boston video, Brad Delp was an incredible vocalist. Here is my favorite "Boston" song:

Remember to tell the people that matter most in your life, how much better your life is because they are a part of it.

Thanks to you all for making my life richer.

Good morning! Yesterday was a great day, today is starting out sunny and warm. We do have to go to a memorial service later in the day though, that will be a sad time.
Kaarien, glad to see you are doing better! Keep up the positivity!
Tom, I was never a big fan of Boston, I woke up this morning singing "It's a long way to the top, if you wanna rock and roll", so that will be stuck in my head for the rest of the day!
And thanks to all of you here my life is richer, what a nice thought to start the day! :-)

Linda, yep, 2 down 2 to go!!! We are gonna go ahead and open today for a little while, so hopefully things will be like yesterday!!!:-)

OK, George and I have been trying to get in a dive vaca, want to do Bonaire, but the airfare is KILLING us!! Last nite we found St. Eustatius (Statia)...has anyone been there before? It looks fabulous!! I've emailed the Golden Rock Dive Center with tons of questions...We are trying to find a nice but cheaper than the Old Gin House to stay at. Anyone been there yet, and do you have any info we may want to know???

Morning all, just a quick pop in to say howdy.. .you've all been quite busy.:-)

Unfortunately I'm off to a memorial service... my best friend's mom died Friday, she was very ill for a long time with congestive heart failure and probably some form of dementia. I've known the family since I was 6 years old, it's just so hard to imagine she's gone. :-(

I hope everyone else has a most wonderful day!!!:-)

I've never been to Statia, but I've heard great things about it from folks at the dive shop. Good luck getting a trip in - unfortunately I think I'm done until 2009 :-(.

PS, we have watched School Of Rock 100 times, it is Rianna's favorite movie, I love it too :-)!

I went to Statia 19 years ago, pretty but really desolate, I'm sure things have changed some since then. (I was VERY YOUNG when I went!hahaha)

There's a nice article about it in May '08 Sport Diver. Very nice diving. Very quiet island. Restaurants sound good. Bars...good! The airfair is do-able (BIG+). Just lookin' for some old building to stay in, since I think that is our only option!!!LOL
Of course I've read tons online... After finding Bonaire online, then BT, you get kinda spoiled when trying to learn about a place...

HA!!! I called and woke up Patrick. Sorry bro.

Eileen, I want to see some pics of Keddlebug's big day:-)

R.A., when I first saw Boston they were opening (I believe) for Foghat. Like most bands they were better in person than on vinyl or....... 8-track (dating myself aren't I). Anyway, regardless of who they were opening for, by the time they finished they owned the night. Oh yeah, you are still very, very young. Old is a state of mind, remember that:-)

Pegi Sue, one of my divemasters loves Statia. Will see if I can contact him for more info.

Okay, I am at the shop trying to catch up so I better get busy. First tho a little something to put RA back on track:

Peace

It's so nice to be working today, who would want to have a day off when it's 75, bright sun, light sea breeze,NOT ME! I want to be stuck here, hiding under my desk with my rusty coffee can.

Hi All, I just found out AA has changed their days of flying into Bonaire to just Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays!!! I was checking my flight in November and found this out, so glad I made the necessary changes as I was getting to Bonaire, but not out of Bonaire as scheduled, it just disappeared! Not that I mind staying on Bonaire, but just can't live there just yet, so have to come back home. You all might want to check your AA flights if you have any with them. It was my ONLY AA flight, my other two trips to Bonaire are with CO, Phew!

How about a tournaquet(sp)?
