well, I feel guilty for NOT starting a diet thread, so...

I thought having a tooth out would help my eating problem, but it's not....salad requires chewing....ice cream does not!!

Hey Gang, I hope your programs are all working for you, I have been busy training for my Triathlon in August I am practicing what I have been preaching all along eating well balanced exercising enjoy life. I actual effect thats what we should all be striving for, sorry to hear about the tooth its rather an extreme way to work on your diet. Today was a busy day 30 km road work on the bike then a nice 8.5 k run. Tomorrow is a circuit train day , stretch and strength, then to unwind a golf tournament with steak dinner, well guys enjoy the weekend ours is supposed to be wet
