I'm eating some whole grain bread with spread on heart smart butter while supper's cooking. It's gonna be good. Baby lobster stuffed chicken (I bought it, didn't make it), and whole steamed green beans and baby potatoes. I am SO HUNGRY! But after I eat, and after this BIG SUN sets, we'll probably get in the water with drinks again, but for now.....I'm cutting myself off. lol

And for me, next week is a short week, 'cause we're headed to Lauderdale by the Sea next Thursday thru Sunday, maybe Monday. It's all good.

If it's not good, make some plans, get a short goal, make it happen. I can't WAIT to be in Lauderdale (and maybe one day in Key Largo).
